Everytime I come to this chipotle and order online I never get a full bowl it’s always half full disappointed we pay a lot for these bowls.

If I could give Zero stars for this particular Chipotle I would over and over. It is the closest one to my house unfortunately. Keep giving them chances and they fail every single time even if it’s months out. Every employee looks and acts miserable, rice has been crunchy, getting 5 pieces of lettuce because the employees are lazy to and your inconveniencing them to get a new container, completely out of chips and all beyond RUDE!!

DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve gone twice and both times they are always out of guacamole and when they do have it , it’s brown. I’ve found food stickers in my food . The employees do not seem to care to be there it’s all around a bad experience. Not sure why they are still in business especially with previous bad reviews which no one has done anything about.

This place is VERY inconsistent. My family and I use this location about once a month. About 50% of the time an item is missing in our burrito bowls. The portions are lacking frequently as well.
One thing that is consistent about this place is that the orders typically are 10 to 15 minutes behind of what the app claims for pick up.
The staff seems to working hard. I'm not sure if the problem is understaffing or poor training. My guess is both.
The Lakeside (Hall Rd) location is much more consistent.

The food was same as always yo be honest, which is a good thing! The staff however were all just standing around. There was about 5 young men behind the counter hanging out doing nothing while the garbage cans were overflowing, there were 4 or more tables that had needed to be cleared and wiped, the floors were sticky l, and all the drink utensils and everything were getting low. I love the food. But this specific chain was not cutting it for me. I could understand more if they were short staffed but that was clearly not the case.

This is the worst chipotle in the area, will be driving an extra 10 mins to go to the Hall Rd location. This one is terrible. Waited 25+ mins for subpar Chipotle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 45 minutes in the chipotlane and then when I finally got my order it wasn’t even close to being right. What a waste of my time and money. This happens often at the store and I will take my business elsewhere. It’s sad how much chipotle has really gone down hill over the years.

Ordered a doordash order 30 minutes before closing time and they (seemingly purposefully) tampered with my food. I didn’t request lime and didn’t even know they had them but they squeezed so much lime in the bowl that it was sour. I pulled three lime seeds out of the first and only bite I took. Also just put the wrong protein and just random extra ingredients. Usually don’t write reviews like this but this was just plain out disrespectful and gross.

This has to be the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been in. The slowest service, staff wearing headphones and not helping customers. I waited 40 minutes for an online order placed even 20 minutes before I arrived. Will not give them any of my business again.

Friday 6PM, line to the door and not a clean table in site. Gross and unwelcoming. Stood in line for more time than I had. After feeling that they were not prepared to service us, and noting all the other negative reviews, we ended up leaving.
This is the most disgusting chipotle in Michigan. Please do not go here and spread the word. The chicken and rice were undercooked. Disgusting!! Nobody should ever eat at this location.

Nasty place. Steak bowl wasn’t even have filled halfway. Clueless teenagers working who don’t care and can’t do their job. Chips were soaked with grease. I wouldn’t care that much if it wasn’t for the food being so expensive.

this is by far the worst chipotle in michigan. lines out the door with like 3 people working. the wait times at this chipotle are atrocious. the least they can do is hire more employees. always very unsanitary when i go in there. dishes left on the counter in front of customers. toppings mixed into other toppings. dry steak/chicken. dry rice and etc. i truly think this location needs a full health inspection.
