I frequently visit this location, sometimes the food is hit or miss, but tonight my night changed for the better.. As an ex-food service employee, I know how annoying it is to place orders right before close, however tonight I did the unthinkable and placed an order 20 minutes before they closed. The food was same as always yo be honest, which is a good thing! The staff however were all just standing around. There was about 5 young men behind the counter hanging out doing nothing while the garbage cans were overflowing, there were 4 or more tables that had needed to be cleared and wiped, the floors were sticky l, and all the drink utensils and everything were getting low. I had a fantastic experience at Chipotle thanks to Toby Tobia! He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and met all my needs. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and excellent service made my visit a great one. I really appreciated how he handled everything with care and efficiency.
