I ordered strawberry blond shake and it came out as soup basically and the last two experiences have not been pleasant some girls are awesome some make you feel like you’re a burden. I didn’t want to embarrass them but what a waste of money.

DONT GET THE RAIN-DOUGH IT TASTES LIKE PLAYDOUGH, I thought it would be cookie dough ice cream not sugar cookie dough ice cream. Still bad though

This is the third time we’ve had an issue with a take-out order straight up being wrong. I’ve contacted corporate a few times but no reply so I’ll leave a Google review.
When this store does it right, they do a great job! The problem is the inconsistency in them getting it right.
I can update my review when I notice orders are actually proper.
If you go in person and supervise them making your ice cream, you won’t have an issue.

GREAT ICE CREAM! Terrible Service like non existent. If you don’t want to work or be there then don’t work or find a job where you don’t have to interact with people. I don’t know if it’s just the younger generation or what but just terrible. Was there May 19 around 8:45.

The store is supposed to close at 9pm, yet the person behind the counter told me that they couldn’t make the ice cream I wanted because they already cleaned the counters- this was at 8:54 pm. If this store is supposed to close at 9pm, it shouldn’t close at 8:54pm.

Been purchasing cakes from here for multiple years. Unfortunately, this time around was told that the staff cannot write on cakes anymore was told had to order a day in advance. I was told that she was not allowed as an employee to even attempt to write happy birthday on the cake. In case you’re wondering, it was a large cake that costed $40 with plenty of room to write it on!

I ordered a peanut butter cup perfection medium waffle cone. I had maybe 10 pieces of peanut butter cups and no fudge. When I asked if they made the right one because it looks nothing like the picture I got a very rude, short answer. Very disappointed. Their answer was the display is made to look pretty. Not sure why they couldn’t have at least sprinkled some candy on top and squirted some fudge on there to look a little like the pic. Since they don’t fully clean the marble slab that they put the ice cream on in between people, my husband, who hates peanut butter had ice cream that tasted like my peanut butter. We should have ordered his first.

The nastiest and rudest girls that work there. The attitude problem is ridiculous. Will never come back here after having my ice cream that I paid $27 for thrown across the counter at me. Will drive the extra mile to go to the chesterfield location where you are treated with respect.

The girl who was serving us was incredible and so so nice. However, whoever had a bun in their hair on 6/1/2023 at 7:30pm was incredibly rude to the man and son in front of us. He had clearly never been there before, and instead of helping him she was extremely hostile. His son ordered birthday cake and was given vanilla ice cream. When they asked what they did wrong, she took the ice cream back and was mumbling to the other girls next to her clearly about him and his son (who did nothing wrong). Sorry you had a bad day, you don’t need to take it out on everyone else. You chose your job, either make the most of it or quit.
