I walked in at around 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. There was nobody (customer or employee) in the front of the store. A little while later a young lady walked out from the back, talking on the phone, apparently to a potential customer. She walked directly past me (I standing at the display), finished the conversatation, hung up, and again walked directly past me into the back room without even looking at me, much less acknowledging my presence. Another young lady also looked out from the back room, made brief eye contact with me, but then went back into the back room. Suffice it to say, I turned around and left.

This place is outrageously expensive! Went here for ice cream a d 3 mediums ice creams were $27. Then, to top that off, they charged $6.35 for two 12 oz. bottles of cheap Dasani water! This place rips off the customer. Also, there are two bathrooms, but they make the customer (both men and wo.en) share so that the employees can have their own. Really? There is one employee working! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

I ordered strawberry blond shake and it came out as soup basically and the last two experiences have not been pleasant some girls are awesome some make you feel like you’re a burden. I didn’t want to embarrass them but what a waste of money.

DONT GET THE RAIN-DOUGH IT TASTES LIKE PLAYDOUGH, I thought it would be cookie dough ice cream not sugar cookie dough ice cream. Still bad though

This is the third time we’ve had an issue with a take-out order straight up being wrong. I’ve contacted corporate a few times but no reply so I’ll leave a Google review.
When this store does it right, they do a great job! The problem is the inconsistency in them getting it right.
I can update my review when I notice orders are actually proper.
If you go in person and supervise them making your ice cream, you won’t have an issue.

GREAT ICE CREAM! Terrible Service like non existent. If you don’t want to work or be there then don’t work or find a job where you don’t have to interact with people. I don’t know if it’s just the younger generation or what but just terrible. Was there May 19 around 8:45.
The store is supposed to close at 9pm, yet the person behind the counter told me that they couldn’t make the ice cream I wanted because they already cleaned the counters- this was at 8:54 pm. If this store is supposed to close at 9pm, it shouldn’t close at 8:54pm.

Been purchasing cakes from here for multiple years. Unfortunately, this time around was told that the staff cannot write on cakes anymore was told had to order a day in advance. I was told that she was not allowed as an employee to even attempt to write happy birthday on the cake. In case you’re wondering, it was a large cake that costed $40 with plenty of room to write it on!

I ordered a peanut butter cup perfection medium waffle cone. I had maybe 10 pieces of peanut butter cups and no fudge. When I asked if they made the right one because it looks nothing like the picture I got a very rude, short answer. Very disappointed. Their answer was the display is made to look pretty. Not sure why they couldn’t have at least sprinkled some candy on top and squirted some fudge on there to look a little like the pic. Since they don’t fully clean the marble slab that they put the ice cream on in between people, my husband, who hates peanut butter had ice cream that tasted like my peanut butter. We should have ordered his first.
