The young girl that waited on me was extremely helpful and friendly. I did not catch her name unfortunately. But I was there on a Tuesday night around 745. I got the ice cream cupcakes. And the ice cream taco. The ice cream taco is larger than I expected. With lots of sprinkles on the outside filled with ice cream and a nice waffle cone taco shell. The cupcakes come in different flavors the chocolate ice cream to the sweet cream ice cream to red velvet cake. They sit in a chocolate shell topped with whipped cream. And some have sprinkles some have an Oreo. they were both very delicious. It’s right on Schoenherr. It has ample parking. It’s inside the Tim Hortons. You can grab coffee and a doughnut. They have a lot of assorted delicious ice cream cakes, all premade three big coolers full of any type of cake that you would want all beautifully decorated. I’ve been going to this location for about 12 years. You just can’t go wrong here.

I walked in at around 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. There was nobody (customer or employee) in the front of the store. A little while later a young lady walked out from the back, talking on the phone, apparently to a potential customer. She walked directly past me (I standing at the display), finished the conversatation, hung up, and again walked directly past me into the back room without even looking at me, much less acknowledging my presence. Another young lady also looked out from the back room, made brief eye contact with me, but then went back into the back room. Suffice it to say, I turned around and left.

This place is outrageously expensive! Went here for ice cream a d 3 mediums ice creams were $27. Then, to top that off, they charged $6.35 for two 12 oz. bottles of cheap Dasani water! This place rips off the customer. Also, there are two bathrooms, but they make the customer (both men and wo.en) share so that the employees can have their own. Really? There is one employee working! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
Tried their medium sized chocolate flavored cup ice cream for $5.99. It's super delicious 😋

I ordered strawberry blond shake and it came out as soup basically and the last two experiences have not been pleasant some girls are awesome some make you feel like you’re a burden. I didn’t want to embarrass them but what a waste of money.

This is the third time we’ve had an issue with a take-out order straight up being wrong. I’ve contacted corporate a few times but no reply so I’ll leave a Google review.
When this store does it right, they do a great job! The problem is the inconsistency in them getting it right.
I can update my review when I notice orders are actually proper.
If you go in person and supervise them making your ice cream, you won’t have an issue.
