Ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger, got it home it was two burger patties and buns. No condiments, absolutely nothing - not even mushrooms which is what is in the name of the burger.
The manager on site, Christina, or as I will remember as Crispy (as in what is left of her brain cells) is rude, unprofessional, and seriously part of the woke crowd. All she can do is hang up a phone and not resolve anything. She hung up the phone 4 times without letting me finish a sentence. I suspect she is a kid that work there pretending. She couldn’t even give me the owner’s name but told me to google his name. Derrick Sesi. Google his name as she instructed and the phone number that’s listed (248) 594-1144 for this owner isn’t his number, it’s to some other company. Highly sheisty.
This location lacks serious focus and leadership. Epic fail across the board. Save yourself time and gas and go to the Rochester Hills location where they will do it right out of the gate. Even go to Five Guys.
This location is a negative -10000 in my book. Not enough brain activity happening at this location. Seriously, how hard is to put together a burger?
I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Had Five Guys deliver my burger and they did it right.
Complete lack of organization here. Ordered online 10 minutes before my arrival, only to arrive and be told that it wasn’t ready yet. Mind you, I pulled up in the drive thru to get my pickup order that should have been ready. But no, instead of that, I see 3 cars ahead of me all receive their food, AND THEN THE TWO CARS BEHIND ME, THAT ORDERED AFTER I SHOWED UP, AS WELL. Completely ridiculous and the most disorganized attempt at service I’ve ever seen. Wasted my lunch break waiting for my food while cars who arrived after me got their food and left. Unacceptable.
(Changed from two to three stars after receiving 2 coupons for waiting 40 minutes on a in-advance pickup order.)

On Culver's website I can not find the price of a burger easily. I can find the nutritional facts easily. I suppose if I spend more time on the site I'll find it but I shouldn't have to. You must not be too proud of your prices. I'll go else where.

I've been a regular at this Culver's. Not anymore. Went there Saturday 10/26 at 6:30 and ordered 2 burgers, 2 medium shakes and a fry. The burgers were so burned I through them in the trash. The shakes were small size and the fries were dumped upside down in the bag. The bill was $27.53. There was no receipt. How difficult is it to staple a receipt to a bag?? This place has serious issues. The order taker does NOT listen being the first problem. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Culver's at 23 and Hayes.

I LOVE this place! It's clean, it's convenient location, orders are taken correctly, and delivered promptly to our tables. I've had several of their menu items and they have all been delicious. We especially like their walleye when it's offered (it's only offered during lent I think). The Reubens are delish too. I've never ordered drive-thru but from what over observed the line seems to go quickly. The ice cream is custard and doesn't seem to bother my lactose intolerance. For that I am thankful.
Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant. Instead of regular ice cream they use frozen custard. It doesn't seem to bother me at all. For which I am thankful.
