Busy place lots of families.I was solo. Had fantail shrinp, fries, Cole slaw and dinner roll / butter and a coke. All good. Didn't eat all the fries no pictures
Service was quick and the food was fresh and hot ? had a cheeseburger meal with a strawberry shake yummy also purchase a chicken sandwich both were great

The food was okay, ordered a single cheeseburger but they gave me a double and the cheese wasn't melted. French fries were very good. This was my first time at a Culver's so I plan to give it another try. I did think the entryway and the floor needed cleaning. Service was very good.
They should tell you're gonna have to park your car and wait for your food. Cars parked all over waiting. Why say drive thru? First and last time I stop here for lunch. Waste my time for what?

Went here and payed $50 for food didn’t receive a receipt with my order and when I got home it was missing a few items, went back trying to resolve this and the guy at the window said he can’t do anything without a receipt, like okay what do you want me to do you didn’t give me a receipt, so what am I suppose to do??? So basically got scammed out on food, let my other food get cold, wasted time and money to receive no kind of help, like is it really that deep to just give me a pretzel and cheese curd that I paid for??? Manager wasn’t helpful and was rude I hate to be that type of customer but paying for nothing is not something I enjoy doing

I went to Culver's to grab some late dinner and the service was just 1000/10! The staff were so friendly in the drive thru everything was above and beyond. I’m highly satisfied with my visit the food was still hot when I arrived home with it. The Buffalo chicken tenders are AMAZING! The breading is so crispy and the seasoning has a little kick to it which give them an outstanding flavor.
Stopped in for a shake. That will be our new place for a shake!

I will start by saying we have been regulars at this location for the last few years. Last night my son had something in the bottom of his bun that after a bit of research I believe to be flour mold. I called the location last night before figuring out what it was asking for help in identifying what it was and asking if I could send pictures. They couldn't provide anywhere to send the pictures and assured me it wasn't mold and said they checked the other buns and they looked ok. Today I called and emailed the corporate customer service and again asked to send pictures so they can resolve this with the bun supplier so that nobody else gets this in their buns and gets sick. It has been over 5 hours and nobody has gotten back to me. From what I read online this mold can be dangerous. I would like to hear back from them how the issue was addressed and in a timely manner so that nobody else has this experice and no one gets sick from this.
