My wife and I decided to sit outside because the weather was perfect. We don't think we will decide to sit outside again. We have eaten here many times because we love this restaurant, but this visit it took about 15 minutes to be greeted by our waiter. The waiter was nice, but we barely saw him until it was time to pay the bill. The food was great, besides my wife's sautéed chicken...extremely overcooked and chewy. Like I mentioned, we have dined here before and love...
Portions were great that we were already getting full by the time our items arrived! The taste of every dish we ordered was delicious and perfectly cooked to our liking. Service was nice. Our lovely server was cordial and reliable. She was also knowledgeable of the dishes in the menu and was honest enough to let us know her opinion on dishes we had questions about. This is why we will keep coming back.
The food always exceeds expectations. The restaurant staff made sure the bread basket was always filled and the water glasses were always filled. This was the first time I ever felt the staff went over and above all expectations to make sure our dining experience was the best. It gives me hope that American service industry DOES know how to treat a customer.
