I paid over $12 for 3 small cones and barely got 1 scoop in each. That’s $4 for a half scoop of ice cream. I will NEVER go to Dairy Queen again. This is just ridiculous!

Just went here with my girlfriend to order a couple blizzards. After nearly 20 minutes waiting, they tell customers walking in the machines are freezing and taking longer to make. Once we finally got our blizzards, they were basically soup. Sure didn't do the upside down truck on these ones. Will never come to this location again. Terrible wait time when it's not busy, and a waste of 15$ for melted ice cream.

Went there yesterday and thought it was extremely expensive and when I checked prices at other Dairy Queen’s, you are very expensive, six pack for dilly bars and you want $16 and other places are only 10 why so much? A mini blizzard was a dollar more than other places I will never come there again too expensive, Very disappointed.

I usually love this place but today we felt super uncomfortable because while waiting for our order to be taken, the manager got pretty upset with his staff for not taking our order so he did it while saying a very passive aggressive remark to his employees. He then went further to yell at one of the employees (who looked like he was new) right in front of us and 3 other customers. I could tell the other customers were also uncomfortable by this as we could hear everything he was saying. Only writing this because, as a manager, this should’ve been done while pulled aside and not embarrassed in front of customers at your own job.

On the door and online it says it opens at 10 AM, it’s 10:25 AM right now and I’ve been waiting out here for 25 minutes to pick up a cake for a special occasion. I’ve tried calling three times and no answer. Why have your hours online and on the door if you’re not going to be there?

Horrible customer service, I would be very disappointed if I was the owner of this franchise to have these kids running it, one Out of five were good, I would not settle!
Untrained & unprofessional, where can I post photos?
Just one, one guy who was pleasant from the time I walked in.
Someone needs to take the same class that the one guy who made one out of the two same Sundays purchased, along w a better attitude to tell me “it’s fine” after bringing it to her attention.
I would go out of my way for my birthday guests to avoid this location & to discourage anyone from visiting.

The blonde girl handing out the blizzards tonight was extremely rude. I specifically ordered a cookie dough blizzard with vanilla ice cream for my daughter and when they set it down, my daughter said it looks like chocolate ice cream and she wanted vanilla. I said this to the girl and she said there's chocolate in it but it's vanilla ice cream and turned away ignoring my concern. My daughter reluctantly tried it once and didn't like it. I dug around in the blizzard to see if maybe the bottom part was vanilla at all and all of the ice cream was chocolate (whether it started as vanilla and mixed with chocolate or not, we asked for vanilla). I walked back to the counter and told her all of it's chocolate and she doesn't like it and that we asked for vanilla. She then said there's nothing they can do because she took one bite (if you could even call it that!) of the ice cream and they can't take it back (Obviously! That's not what my request was). I said, she only tried it because she thought she had to but I mentioned it to you the moment you handed it to us. We didn't even want it at that point because it was all chocolate. She said she wouldn't make us a new one. I challenged her and told her I just want what I ordered and paid for and I didn't care what happened to or want the one I had already handed back to her. After me pushing and not budging or leaving and her throwing up her arms complaining to another worker, she finally very rudely said, "you need to go throw it away over there (by the door).. we're making a new one". I said thank you and reassured her that I wasn't trying to keep the old one and scam them. I simply wanted what I specifically ordered and paid for. She's had it before and it wasn't all chocolate ice cream like that. She scoffed and turned away.

Go somewhere else if you don't want your treat night out with your kids ruined by rude behavior. Unbelievable how she acted towards my young daughter and I.

The bigger lady at the front is very rude won’t be coming back again.
One time I came in myself and she was very rude and inpatient and I didn't mind it.
My girlfriend and her siblings went to get ice cream last night and she paid for her ice cream and as the same lady hands her ice cream she drops it. (The worker dropped it) my girlfriend being the shy girl she is apologizes and gets on her knees cleaning the floor and the worker just stares at her as she does and doesn't make her a new ice cream. She just leaves with nothing in her hands. All she paid for was to clean their floors and an attitude. I felt so bad I brought her crumbl cookie it dosent take that much to make a soft serve ice cream cone a child could do it. Do yourselves a favor and take your money elsewhere

This is the second time I’ve been to this store the first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they had just opened. But they still haven’t worked out the bugs. My blizzard was like soup again. If you don’t know how to set up the machine by now you need to learn or sell the store to someone who cares! You’re give DQ a poor wrap!!!
