They did not know how to run a gift card payment, scooped half the ice cream off the blizzards before placing a flat top on them and did not make our peanut buster parfait properly. This is my third visit with a problem.

Is like the 3rd time my wife did ask for a blizzard strawberry with dipped cheesecake. I they do always got us a strawberry blizzard with chocolate . Also it happens when we said with no chocolate pls!!. This was my last try here I will look for another place. Note: every two weeks they have different employees.

Walked in and not greeted by anyone. Instead was met with 6 people standing there doing nothing. Not one came to take our order for 5 minutes. One of them was refilling ice cream and didn’t take our order but made sure to type on his phone with gloves on. Will never come back here.

Stood there for 5 minutes while 6 kids are working the counter. Half on their phones and half just standing there watching the other half. 6 people and not one can greet a person? Embarrassment of an establishment.

The place smells so horrible I thought it was the customers but even a week later walking into that place hits you with a horrible smell like a bunch of rotting food and something else. Definitely would NOT pass a health inspection there’s no way the food is safe

Had doors locked at 9:54 and would not let us in. If you advertise that your open till 10 keep it open till 10. If not you should update your closing time. I personally close a pizza store 4/7 days. If I closed my doors early and someone tried to get in I would be FIRED THE NEXT DAY.

We bought the oreo ice cream cake for my mom’s birthday and it tasted like it’s been sitting in there freezer for a while. We’ve always visited this location for most of our occasions but this will be the last time that we’re giving them our business , especially after the rude Manegment lady that doesn’t seem to care about customer’s service . she kept insisting that the cake was just made the nigh before even thoug she was told that the Oreo was dray and the ice cream Had frost crunch . 👎👎

Horrible Horrible Horrible. That is the only word that should ever be used to describe this place. We ALWAYS purchase blizzard cakes for occasions and they are always amazing, EXCEPT this time. When giving a call to this location, the manager told me to bring it in and see what she could do. I wasn’t even able to step my foot into the door before she can emphasize with confidence that this cake was made fresh, after repeatedly telling her it tasted old and no one had eaten it. First of all, there wouldn’t be a complaint if the cake tasted like everything OTHER THAN FRESH. I even brought the cake back to the store to show the manager, Christina, that no one touched it. She did not care at all and had her mind made that this cake was fresh, and there was no possibility that it could be imperfect at all. Offering $5 for a $40 cake that was clearly hardly touched because it tasted absolutely horrible is insulting. This location clearly does not care about its customers considering my phone call to the location, a formal visit, a report sent to customer service, and now this review! A horrible establishment with the most unprofessional manager and customer service I have ever witnessed. Do better, it’s clear many people are having the same problems with this location.
Do not buy cakes from this location as they are significantly overpriced! A 10" Reeses cake is $11.00 more at this location compared to Rochester. When I asked why the response was locations are independently owned. $42.99 for the cake is insane.
