Every time I try and call to place an order, the automated system picks up for a second, then hangs up on me. After a few trials over a few weeks, I've come to the conclusion they have no intention of fixing that problem. Can't be the only one.

Took over 2 hours to get my order. Driver screwed up delivering my pizza the first time. The second time the pizza was sent out the manager told me that other pizza orders were more of a priority than the one his driver messed up. They also forgot one of my pizzas on the second drop off. This was 30NOV24, at 7:45pm so whatever manager is on shift can have a conversation with their general manager why they made this choice. I give you guys $20 tips and this is how you choose to treat a very well paying customer. You lost my business.

Usually undercooked if ordered with extra toppings or deep dish. Started ordering "well done". Seems all they do is turn up the temp and cook the same amount of time. Leaving the outside burnt and the inside still doughy. Finally giving up altogether on this location.

This store, An employee came from making pizza without gloves on, went straight to the register, took my money, and gave me change without any the gloves on. Then she went back to work without washing her hands or using gloves. She handled dirty money and didn't wash her hands or use gloves. Very dirty and unhygienic."

This location messed up my order 2 times, when I try to call this location and explain, the cashier name is Macy, starts arguing with me.
Macy don’t know how to take care of customers.
I won’t come back to this location.

My last two pizzas were awful. Fatty ham that couldn't be chewed, uneven spread of toppings, barely any sauce. On top of that, they were both over a half hour late. It seems that a lack of employees is the real problem - there was only one person in the store last month.
I may give them one more chance, but if I do I'll stop in and see how the staffing level looks before I order.

Sorry to the dude that works here, but having one employee and one driver run the place is nuts. After watching you hand change back to a customer then stuffing your hands in the cheese without washing your hands made me ?. You can keep my points, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Pizza cravings? Who ya gonna call? Domino's! They deliver (literally) with a product so good, it should be illegal. Fresh dough, melted cheese, tangy sauce...I mean, what more could you want?

This one is hit or miss, the pizza I order is kinda sloppy and that's how I like it made, I pay extra for the extra sauce and toppings and sometimes it's perfect and sometimes they try and make it look nice which defeats the purpose of paying extra for all the ingredients. Would love to have an option when online ordering to leave a message to the employees.
