When asked if the company or the franchisee is in against disbursing their profits to the aid of genocide of innocent children in Palestine, I was very rudely hung up on. Very upsetting. Won’t be eating at dominos again unfortunately.

This one is hit or miss, the pizza I order is kinda sloppy and that's how I like it made, I pay extra for the extra sauce and toppings and sometimes it's perfect and sometimes they try and make it look nice which defeats the purpose of paying extra for all the ingredients. Would love to have an option when online ordering to leave a message to the employees.

Placed an order online. Domino's Pizza Tracker still said "Prep" after 70 minutes (order confirmation said order would take 30 minutes) so I called the store. They would not answer, listened to the hold message for 20 minutes. Can not get a hold of the store. Tried corporate customer service, they are not available Sunday evening.

Ordered a large pizza at 10:18 am to be picked up at 11am. Went to pick up around 11:15 and was told it is in the system but not processed. I would have to wait 20 minutes. Other pizzas were already coming out of the oven.Explained that I work with one other person and could not come back and asked for them to deliver it to me across the street due to their error and was told I would have to pay for that service.Also eExplained that due to their error myself and another employee will not be having lunch today because we could not go out and get it. I had 5 minutes to walk away to pick up pizza. Lack of concern. Won’t be back and we have bought there many times.

Really good pizza from here. Service was great too. Lady in the store was very patient with me in the store. Family couldn’t believe it was pizza from dominos because it was so good.

Live 1 mile away. Took an hour and a half to get my pizza. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Wow is all I can say.

Updating my review due to update in situation.I had originally ordered from here for delivery. For some reason it took them 40 minutes to get 1.8 miles to my house. Then the Alfredo was cold, the bacon tots had no bacon, and the stuffed cheese bread wasn't stuffed. Then I had a bit of a difficult time getting ahold of them to get it fixed which is why I'm still giving four-stars but it was at one.I did eventually get ahold of them and spoke to the manager Nicole. She was very polite and nice and got my refund process and then even offered me a free meal when I came by next which she did hold up to and provide.This is my first time being in the actual physical store. Being inside I can see that it is very clean and it has an open forum at so you can see everything that they are doing in the back. All of their food looks clean and the employees look clean, although I am slightly put off by the fact that they are making the pizzas with bare hands. The store is well-organized.Also as a side note, they apparently used electric cars to deliver which is not only really cool but good for the planet.Overall, I am updating this because I had a horrible experience at first but they did eventually fix it.
