This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in a very long time. An excellent breakfast made to order. And piping hot. Waitress was exceptional! I’ll be back here soon! Everyone should experience this. It’s how a restaurant should be for breakfast or lunch!
Even when they're busy, the food is always fast. I always get the same southern omelette with wheat toast and crispy hash browns, it's always delicious. Sometimes the gravy is too hot for my mouth, but that's a me problem.
Anna is a great waitress. She's a little hard of hearing sometimes so it might take a couple tries to grab her attention when she's busy, but she's always in a good mood. I don't mind.

Awesome service. The best food I’ve had in along time! Everything was freshly made and the cook hand picked the vegetables from his garden. I haven’t had an omelette that tasted so good from a restaurant other than this!I would 1000% recommend Drakes Cafe (near hall and mound area) to anyone looking for an excellent and homemade breakfast at Drakes Cafe!!
