Worse customer service!!!! We got the 3 cookie butter lattes, which we get all the time but this time they were made wrong. All 3 tasted off and not right. When I called the store the girl said to call the next day and speak to a manager. I called the second day the manager said it’s a different day and nothing can be done about it….
So $20 went to waste and they didn’t do anything to accommodate us. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

every single time i go to this dunkin i have never been happy with my drink. every single other dunkin i have been to tastes the exact same every time i order, but this specific location has an issue with that. this is one of the only dunkin’s in my area and its disappointing they can’t create the drinks how they are supposed to. they commonly put way too much milk to the point most of the lattes taste like cereal milk.

I came here just after 5 am the other day to get some donuts. I had to go through the drive thru three separate times (just after 5, around 5:15, and then 5:30) and i was not served until my third time around. when i brought it up to the employee she did not give any apology, all she said was “i’m a human” which i understand but there were only a couple other cars and i know they didn’t get served either because they pulled off and did not go up to the window. If you don’t want to serve people until 5:30 then open at 5:30.

Hot and cold coffee drinks are consistently terrible. Management is definitely cutting corners to make more money. I called the Dunkin corporate office and their service is also horrendous. The Dunkin company is 50 years behind Starbucks!

If there was an option for zero stars, I would give it. I ordered a shaken espresso with food, and the drink was terrible. It was overly creamy and didn’t taste like coffee at all — I actually watched the barista barely put any coffee in it. When I asked politely if it could be remade because it didn’t taste right, she refused. I then asked to switch to something else since I had already paid, and she told me, “we don’t give free stuff.” That makes no sense — I had just paid for a drink I couldn’t even drink. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
A couple times a month I go through the drive-thru and get a decaf coffee and a dozen donuts. This makes my day! The donuts are fresh with a great variety, the customer service is professional and the location of the store with the drive-thru it's very convenient. I think this is the best Dunkin Donuts!

If you’re a DoorDash driver, they don’t start making the order until you get to the pick up to pick up the order. It’s very rude and inconvenient for the drivers and we’re not gonna wait.

and went into this location on my lunch break went directly inside because I didn’t have a whole lot of time.
Had three people literally look at me and turned their back. They had one person in the drive-in.
Then, finally, from one who probably was the manager email to attend to a beeping machine. And after some time Finally look at me and say we’ll be with you in a minute.
Totally unacceptable. Why have so many employees if none of them are going to be their job?

This Dunkin Donuts location is terrible...left two items off my order and had to turn around and go in. Told the cashier I just went thru thd drive-tthere were two items left off my order
Ordered an iced Dunkalatte through the drive-thru and asked for light coffee milk and extra ice. The employee told me I’d need to pay for an extra shot of espresso just to get less cream—which I’ve never had to do at other locations. Last time, they barely gave me any ice even when I asked for extra.
At the window, I asked why they couldn’t just use less milk, and she said they have to fill it to a certain line—seriously? My total was $6 and change; I gave her $20 and drove off without checking. When I looked later, I only had $12 and change—shorted a dollar on top of everything. Great job, Dunkin.
Best Dunkin ever, Alyssa is the best! I go everyday and they make the best caramel iced lattes :)
