First of all... I ordered a Cold Brew with Sweet a cold Foam. I got the Charlie Cold Foam Cold Brew instead. It's very good...but not what I ordered. My husband got a hot chocolate and the cup was very hot (that's not a problem). When we asked for either a sleeve or another cup (so he wouldn't burn his hands), I got the RUDEST look from the male employee. I work is good service as a manager and I HAVE NEVER seen such a rude staff. Go greeting when we walked in. Personal conversations continued ad if we didn't even exist. Everyone saw us walk in. There were maybe 5 employees just ignoring us. Whoever manages this location should coach the staff on customer service. Personally I will not be back. The drink was great but it wasn't what I ordered and the customer service was non existent We visited 11/18/2023 around 12:45pm
