Highly recommend Espresso Machine Experts!! Wael is extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We appreciate the time he took to explain the differences in each of the machines and we ended up going with one we hadn’t even considered prior to stopping at the store. It’s been a few weeks with our new Jura Ena 8 and we love it, it’s the perfect machine for us!! Thank you, Wael!!
My machine was sent here by Philips for warranty service. The turnaround was quick, and the machine came back working like new. They also did other maintenance tasks that were above and beyond. It was very well packaged for the return. Overall great service!
