I frequent the Hamlin joints often. This was the worst experience I’ve had on 3/23. In addition to items forgotten. There was a whole receipt inside of my drink. When brought to the servers attention, the server Jessica 2, stated “I’ll take this back but you’re going to drink the next one”. I was provided a new drink but there were no efforts to make it right (apologizing, offering a discount, etc). Server was extremely rude and the service was poor. If I could give zero stars I would. No paying customer deserve that type of service or lack thereof. This being said, the band and atmosphere was great!

Great food, love this Hamlin's and the Bob Dylan look alike was pretty good. Our service was off. We were a group of 15, but a refill on a fountain drink is not too much to ask. We aren't demanding and nothing out of the ordinary, but I think our server was probably overworked.

I had a good time meeting some friends enjoying their company although the food was overpriced and nothing to write home about. Also had to wait quite a while for my food when there was really not that much going on in the it wasn't terrible just I guess you could say sub adequate.
Got a hot Italian sub, meat was cold. Sent it back and they remade it. Second time, meat was cold again. Bartender gave an excuse they were in a hurry, but yet they still expect to be paid in full for a half a job.

Chicken was pink and undercooked, mac and cheese had some kind of spicy peppers in it (doesn't say that on menu) pizza had very little sauce was dry, hubby ordered no tomatoes it was full of tomatoes. Fish and chops and sliders were good they no longer have taco
