Tried to order online, when I realized it hadn’t gone through, I went into the store and spoke to a worker to place my order. 15 minute wait time. 25 minutes later, went back in to see where my order was. Told it was probably rerouted to another store, as that happens occasionally. No call placed by worker to check, no offer to make it there as expected, simply said probably rerouted. Called the store that we were told it would have been rerouted to, and was told no order was rerouted to them. Again, no offer to look into this problem, and no offer to go ahead and make my order. You lost business, we ordered elsewhere without any difficulty of any kind. Very poor business model.

I have ordered 3 times from this location, every time hoping for a different outcome. The first two times, the pizza was cooked and cut horribly, and this last time, the delivery guy dropped my food in the driveway just said sorry and left and I was stuck with a messed up pizza. I will stick to the other location.

How do you offer curbside while ordering online proceed to the store check in for the curbside wait 20 minutes for the curbside to come out to the car which never arrived. Called the store and was informed you don't have curbside. Well why is it offered how am I able to check in for curbside if it's something you don't offer. I having been using this location for 20 years and lately the food and service has gone down dramatically. What a shame. Rude employees and bad food no wonder your ratings have gone down drastically lately retrain your employees. If they don't wanna work in customer service show them the door. You're gonna lose all your loyal long time customers over some immature teenager's that don't have a care in the world just slapping shit together and being rude to your customers.

Ordered delivery. Said it would take 30 minutes. I am only 7 minutes away from the location. I never got my order . I call an hour and a half later they say it’s still sitting there and they have no one available to deliver at the moment. Why would you let my pizza sit there for an hour and not communicate that no one could deliver it . Luckily I had the means to go get my food but if I didn’t I would’ve wasted almost 2 hours waiting for nothing . Extremely unprofessional

Where is 0 stars when you need it. So of course the order arrived and was not as ordered. When I called in to get a solution I was told I would need to come in to pick up a corrected order. That negates the whole point of delivery! So the idiot Asst Manager Nick told me he would not refund the order and could not offer any other solution. This was after I was called "rude" for asking for a refund by the female manager who of course would not give her name. Won't be back!

Sal manager was very rude to my husband after we had our ordered ruined, which was fine people make mistakes but for the manager to say they couldn’t redeliver due to insurance polices and then to say what do you want to my spouse. When the obvious answer is to fix the issue not create another one. We just asked for a refund and threw the pizza out! Young rude crowd very unorganized

What would make you get so upset that a customer asked for their food to be remade for you to say you have to come pick it up ?. Waste my time and gas for your mistake? NOPE! Then tell me what do you want? Grow up Sal, seriously. Save your money and your taste buds!
