This location needs new ownership/manager
Ordered a month ago. They forgot 2 items with my delivery, called them and they stated they would refund my card. The pizza was folded in the corner and stuck to the box.
Never got the refund after waiting a few days, called back and they said on my next order to just call us. Ordered today on the app, i’ve been on hold for 40minutes. App hasn’t updated still stuck on “MAKE” they’re clearly NOT open today.
So now they took my money, have been waiting for an hour an half, and now have to call tomorrow so they can refund me and thats if they answer. This location is a joke

You guys need to hire more staff or close down. The poor overworked dude on April 22 at like 7:30 am had no staff and was rude with us. We were about to order a pizza and he yelled at us that he was by himself and we needed to wait. It was disrespectful and I feel bad for the man.

Tried ordering a delivery from the store that’s 2 miles from my house only to be told I’m too far of a drive. I understand maybe 5+ miles but I’m down the road on the same street as the store. Horrible service.

Yesterday was my first time stopping by this location. I’m not from the area, so things can get a little confusing at times. I was visiting a family member nearby and decided to pick up some Howie Bread. Unfortunately, my phone died, and to make matters worse, it wouldn’t charge, which was especially stressful since I needed to get to a family gathering.
Thankfully, Dillion, the manager, noticed I was clearly overwhelmed and stepped in to help. He generously offered to let me use his phone so I could contact my family and figure out where I needed to go. I ended up sitting there for about ten minutes, and during that time, Dillion went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and able to get to my destination. His kindness truly made a difference in a tough moment.
I lost faith in humanity as some point and because of Dillion’s kindness and efforts it makes me believe there are actually good, genuine people. He also made sure my howie bread was hot before I left and he offered to re-heat it.
The last several times we have ordered from this location we have had the pleasure of dealing with Dylan and, what a pleasure it was! He absolutely exemplifies hospitality and customer service in an industry that has fallen by the wayside a bit in the last few years. He is friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food is always great when he is doing the quality checks. The only thing I would like to be improved is that the salads can be inconsistent. Sometimes you get big hunks of tomatoes, and onions and sometimes there are only a few small dices etc. but, ultimately it just proves that the salads are made fresh and not pre packaged so I'll deal with it. Keep up the good work Dylan!
