Food was okay but the vibes weren’t there. There was a hair in my food she took it off the bill but definitely had an attitude about it. She didn’t say anything but you could tell it irritated her not like it was my fault. Then she asked if we needed boxes we said no and she grabbed my boyfriend’s plate off the table so fast and walked away. Couldn’t even tell her we weren’t done. We were still working on the plate just because we said no to a box didn’t mean we were finished. I let her know we weren’t done with the plate she took off the table she said “oh I’m sorry and walked away”. We couldn’t even do anything but laugh and just leave service was 0/10 . It gave racist vibes idk. Wont be back.

OBSESSED with Jams! My sister had the standard breakfast and I got the cheesy chorizo breakfast burrito. Both were amazing! We also got one of the iced coffee specials, cinnamon vanilla. Loved the coffee there! Service is friendly and attentive. I already can't wait to go back?

The reason for the 2 star rating is because you don't charge $4.67 for a glass of pop that is about 6 oz. After you put the Ice in it and give no refills... Highway robbery.. the service and taste is great but pricing is way off. Need to do some

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jams Brunch House, and it was a delightful experience in the busy lunch hour. The food was cooked well, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance was pleasant. Menu was expensive however if you're craving delicious comfort food served with a side of excellent service, I highly recommend giving Jams Brunch House a try.Overall, I left Jams Brunch House feeling thoroughly satisfied. The chicken was cooked to perfection - juicy on the inside with a crispy, flavorful coating on the outside. One aspect that stood out to me was the prompt service. Despite the bustling crowd, I didn't have to wait long for my food to arrive. Our server checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Her attentiveness added to the overall positive experience. While the restaurant was a bit crowded, it wasn't overly loud, allowing for a comfortable dining atmosphere. Personally, I prefer booths to high tops, but it didn't detract from the enjoyment of my meal.

First off, I typically never leave a review for any restaurant or place of business. However i feel it was necessary this time. I went to Jams today to have lunch with my friend, we scheduled to meet at 12pm. I assuming it would be busy arrived 15 mins early, as I expected It was busy and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. I agreed to the wait my name and number was taken and I took a seat in the waiting area. Behind me followed a father with his 2 daughters and they were told the same wait time. As we all patiently waited 15 or so mins 2 men arrived and where told it would be 30 minute wait for them, this was after multiple people had come in and placed their name on the list. These men apparently knowing “the manager or owner” called her over and spoke with her. They then proceed to sit with us waiting, and after just 5 minutes where then called by that same manger and where seated at a table for 2 by the window. I myself was in complete disbelief that this had just happen however the father with his daughters spoke out. When he questioned what had just happened he was completely ignored. I have never experienced such poor hospitality, customer service in my life. My friend and I where placed at a table and the waitress we had was wonderful. However they truly need to review customer service skills or start taking reservations.-AddendumIn a response to what the restaurant posted. You are confusing us with gentleman who came with his daughters. As I stated in my original post my friend and I were placed at a table and our waitress was amazing. We did not leave before our table was ready. And also I was offered seating at the bar, not a high table In the bar area.

Ridiculous service I received today. I will give them zero stars...We have been there few times. Went today for brunch with my family. Its usually busy on weekends and we were told about 25 minutes wait. There were two other customers waiting. We were waiting for 20 minutes. Then two guys came in. They were friends of one staff member. Later on they told me that staff member is owner. I guess her name is Orie. She went and arranged table for them while we were waiting. I asked her, so this how your treat your customers ?? Other two She doesn't have answer for that and walked away. We end up leaving ... I don't think they really gave damn about regular patrons ....

We visited today and we took note that the food is declining in flavor and options. Apparently one can no longer make substitutions. I asked for one slice of tomato in lieu of meat. The owner stated we don’t make substitutions.. Too bad! Then was told, without me asking, you’re still paying the same amount with or without the meat, per the owner.. WOW!I didn’t care about the price, just wanted a tomato slice. I also asked for cottage cheese thinking they had it.. I was asked who did that! We don’t make substitutions and don’t have cottage cheese.. Once again, wow!I remembered it is Paulee’s Restaurant that is able to think outside the box and realizes making a customer happy is more important than being right.. Id happily paid for the tomato! To top it off, I was charged for getting an English muffin, rather than toast even though I didn’t get the meat they could’ve easily switched the English muffin for the meat, which I know cost more money than an English muffin. Again, I paid more and still got the English muffin, so a small win..In that I ate the bread that I asked for.. NO ONE told me an English muffin is more, however.. Won’t be back!!! And we eat here 5 times a month

Loved this place! I had the chicken pesto sandwich very flavorful and the bread was so good and crispy. My son said best mozzarella sticks he's ever had. They add parmesean or some type of cheese on top. My daughter had the strawberry banana smoothie. Said was really good. All their custom drinks looked so good. My daughter had the eggs Benedict very taste with sweet potato fries. The lemon rice was perfect with the fresh bread. Love that they have Illy coffee.

Yes! All of it! The brunch options, the service, the ambiance, yum! I ordered the Baja omelette and had enough to take home for leftovers and enjoy the next day! It was a very nice place to have brunch with friends! I will definitely be back very soon to try other menu options that looked amazing!
