I love the #13 Regular Italian I thought I'd try something new like the new hot Italian very bad choice!! they put together a disaster pretty nasty! i regret it. it would be better if they just used the normal meat like #13 and heat it up and do Mike's way would be much better but I will still go back because everything else is good

Big fan of Jersey Mikes. been going for years. However, I have noticed the attention to detail is not on point. I usually go on the the app and give a detailed order. Using the app is a great way to get exactly what you want and quickly walk right in to pick up. I ask for Mike's way on the sub but with out some of the items. I also ask for extra onions. Please and thank you. In the past everything was great. But my last 1 to 3 orders have been so messed up I feel compelled to speak up. Order #1, I asked without the Red wine vinegar and oil on the side. I received so much Red wine vinegar it soaked through the bun and no oil. Not the end of the world but I had to eat without the bread. Order #2, I asked for pickles and extra onions and no bacon. I got no pickles or onions and a Massive amount of jalapenos and bacon. The jalapenos were all condensed to one half of the sub for some reason. lastly the reason for writing this review Order #3, I ordered a #13 THE ORIGINAL ITALIAN. Like usual I ordered Mike's way and asked for extra onions and got maybe a couple on one side of the sub. Also asked for Pickles and got like 3. And they were end pieces of the Pickle. The sub was missing the Cappacuolo and Pepperoni as advertised. Only 1 slice of Provolone and no oil. I realize this is just a sub place. But prices keep going up up up and quality seems to be going down. It's examples like this is why I left Jimmy Johns and Subway. Again, I'm a fan of Jersey Mikes. I don't want to threaten to stop going because nobody cares. But have some kind of standards. Perhaps I'll put them on my own double secret probation boycott for a while. I'll report back in a year

I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Jersey Mikes 23 Mile in Shelby for following my order instructions. I ordered a Number 7 Mikes’s Way *light on the dressing* using their app. Upon returning home to eat my delicious meal to my delight i realized that a whole container of dressing was used as it was literally dripping off the sandwich. The bread was a very appetizing mush and the paper used to wrap the sub was see thru. Suffice it to say I thoroughly enjoyed my Number 7 sou.. I mean sub! Thanks Jersey Mikes 23 in Shelby!!

Got my sub home. It felt a little empty...WTF? Only a few pieces of chicken and some pickles? No lettuce, No tomato, No onion, No extra meat I paid for?!! I was too tired to take it back. A new Jersey Mikes opened down the street....I'll be going there from now on. Hopefully, I get what I pay for and not just a sub bun with a few pieces of chicken and some pickles
