This was the first time trying Jersey Mike's. I had been craving a sub sandwich, the club did not disappoint me. I would go back for another.

Got my sub home. It felt a little empty...WTF? Only a few pieces of chicken and some pickles? No lettuce, No tomato, No onion, No extra meat I paid for?!! I was too tired to take it back. A new Jersey Mikes opened down the street....I'll be going there from now on. Hopefully, I get what I pay for and not just a sub bun with a few pieces of chicken and some pickles

They don’t care about mobile orders. Will prioritize people walking in and make you wait 30 minutes past your pickup time and you will have to say something to them before they will even start resolving it.

I placed an online order. Unfortunately, it was missing one of my sandwiches. They did replace the sandwich for me, and the food was amazing. However, these sandwiches were for a business meeting, and one of the clients did not have their food, which made them very upset. It also cost me about an hour of time, and with the opportunity cost in this economy, it’s going to cost this store a negative review. Thank you for fixing the error, but it was a massive inconvenience and caused a lot of problems.

Just tried Jersey Mikes for the first time last week. Excellent sandwich! Will definitely be back. We prefer a Philly cheese steak to share and a turkey sub. Ordered the brownie but it wasn’t great. Will order again!

Jersey Mike's has THE BEST subs! They have the best and nicest staff! My order is always ready for pick-up once I arrive because I place it online (except for maybe 1 time). And my order is always right. And let me tell you something, if you ask for extra veggies, they will get you and give you extra veggies. They don't skimp on the stuff if you ask for it like some other places. I know that if I order here, this Jersey Mike's in particular has a GREAT team and is going to have GREAT food. They're going to get my order correct and it will be the way I want it or would like it (as if I made it myself) and I will get it in a timely manner. I've been coming her for almost 2 years now prior to leaving a review but I just felt compelled to leave a review after this most recent order I placed because they just did such an awesome job! Seriously, Jersey Mike's don't ever change! Keep up the good work!

I got carry out yesterday. I ordered a giant sub, regular sub, and a bowl. I got home and it looked like someone ate not half, but 3/4 of my bowl. I am not over exaggerating and even my husband said that should be embarrasing on Jersy Mike. Is this how it is going to be? I am not complaining about price, bc I feel price is fair, but if the portion is going to be like this. Than it is NOT worth it!

We have been getting jerseys on Saturdays for years. After a long week it's our lunch treat , it has always been good but recently it has amazing. I had stopped getting the steak and cheese because it just wasn't tasting good to me , but in the last couple weeks I have tried it twice , omg whatever your doing keep doing it!!! My compliments to the chef ?? ?❤️

One of few (non-breakfast) chains I'll happily go to regularly.And nearly every time I get the #56, The Big Kahuna, with that oh-so-good pepper relish smeared across the bread.The people are always fast and friendly, even today, their national day of giving. Extra staff on duty today.I've never had a bad experience in a Mike's and that speaks volumes to me.Only complaint: it's loud.

Parking: If you can dodge the Starbucks people in their Yuppie-mobiles, you're good.
