Not sure what happened to the pizza in this location, this is the second time i get a dry , no flavor, hardly any sauce or cheese, I asked for well done, I get a burnt pizza, not sure new owner or new staff. I called to complain & I said I am not asking for anything, but wanted to let them know, not even a response from the manager or saying sorry.

Ordered a pizza online at 6:50. It’s now 8:48 and I’m still waiting. Called twice, first called at 7:54 they said it’d be 8 mins and they’d be heading my way and then called again at 8:40 and they said it was two orders in front of mine and it would be here. I’ll give an update if it ever gets here.

Watched one of your delivery drivers drive like a hazard through a 25 mph zone and downtown Utica, tailgating another car. Then on Van Dyke, the same white Ford Escape rode my bumper until turning into your parking lot. Ironically, going the opposite way later, they were behind me again and suddenly figured out how to drive and keep a distance.
Ignoring speed limits and road signs like that is reckless and the worst way to represent a company. There are driving schools in the area they could go to.

Ordered delivery online at 7:25pm on a Wednesday night. I received an email confirmation after placing my order but it never got delivered. I have been trying to call the store with no answer.
UPDATE: finally reached a manage (who was rude and sarcastic) and requested the order to be cancelled. He never did and I was charged for an order I never received. Hopefully the enjoyed my order

Jet's Pizza in Shelby Township is fantastic, and the staff is a huge part of what makes it so great. They are absolutely awesome—always so quick and friendly. I visited this location on my way home from the Troy, Michigan area to pick up 2 pepperoni slices. The employees were very nice. The food was great. The inside of the building was amazing with so many tables, chairs, and also a bathroom, which the bathroom was very clean and spotless. I will visit this location again.
