So I placed a delivery order was told 30 to 45 mins. It too well over an hour to get and the crust is burnt. I called this location and the manager got on the phone said cause of construction thatâs why it took so long, then I addressed the burnt issue so he said they can make another order, so what I have to wait another hour plus for my food. I asked for a refund and he flat out said absolutely not. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. Donât ever order from this location Ever. Customer service and food awful. I spent over $35 with the time for me and 1 other person. Not mention after I started to eat it I noticed even the pepperoni was burnt. I was so hungry I had no choice but to eat what I could tolerate. So today the 7th of November I have sent a complaint to Jetâs America Inc so we will see what happens. I will keep this review updated. Just a sidenote, why would I take the chance of them making my order again with the risk of them doing something to it and also have to wait another hour plus for my food. The person that the other food was for is a diabetic and needed to eat, which wouldâve been another hour or more because the so-called construction. If they known the construction issue that also shouldâve been addressed so they should have left earlier with the food and not told me 30 to 45 minutes. See photos
Ordered online, followed the tracker, got to the store when it said it was ready. Then I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes because âthey got slammedâ. I understand things getting behind during busy times but why the hell would the tracker say itâs ready when itâs not? Apparently the tracker means nothing. Either get rid of it or have it actually track the order.

Your new employee Lauren is what Customer service is supposed to be.
I expressed concern that for as much as you charge for a bottle of ranch is expired VERY fast. Not sure if it's fact or out of caution. But she explained the dates to me and offered to make me a fresh bottle.
Just wanted u to know ur crew there is exemplary in their attitude and Customer Interaction.
