Always a great pizza .. service as of Sept 24 delivery was horrible wait 1 hr for pizza so I called saying it was delivered ..driver said he knocked and called my number but no answer ..so I checked my phone and no call .. my door is right by living room and no knock... I also have a door bell no one rang it.. so pizza sat outside ice cold pizza.. never heard of just leaving it on the concrete at the door.. but to the mangers credit she said she would refund my credit card... so we will see on my statement..

Clerk was nice just seemed new or board I got 2 slices and they were Luke warm (she didn't heat long enough) but the girl looked young young so I'm not mad.

Place is absolutely trash. Service is a joke . Use the online order system went to pick up my pizza after 20mins they had no idea there was an order placed . Then the guy takes my order after me waiting 15 mins he never put my pizza in . We are going on 45 minutes and i still don’t have my food . WILL NEVER COMEBACK HERE AGAIN!

Carryout order was screwed up. Called the store and a manager “loaded a credit to our account/phone number” refunding only the mistakes. Few weeks later, there’s no credit, person answering the phone has no authority and manager couldn’t talk because they were too busy. Apparently expecting what I ordered is blasphemy. I’m not looking for customer service to wash my feet but can we just get what we paid for or a refund? Or at least honesty, like “oh we messed up your order - oh well, too bad - we don’t guarantee accuracy.”

I used to get "pizza"... this is bread with cheese on it... Disappointed for sure... it won't let me add pictures to show the dough versus the cheese and sauce... On to another pizza joint ..
I did add Pizza on pictures you can tell the ones that I posted because they have nothing on them!
