Used the phone bot as preferred by the establishment. I provided the order and the bot confirmed the correct order. But when I picked up, the pizza was incorrect and I was told that’s what the web bot submitted. They did nothing to fix the problem. Poor customer service and poor technology. Don’t use the bot!

Don’t go here! They will say 40 min delivery… after an hour I call. They say sorry… the bot doesn’t update when we are backed up. Your pizza is still in the oven. WTA!?horrible customer service. Never again! If it would have said 1.5 hours… I would be more forgiving.

Food was horrible! No sauce on the pizza! Staff nickel and dimed me on every sauce. My anti-pasta salad was disgusting only had lettuce and olives. By far worst jets I’ve ever been too and way overpriced compared to other jets. DRIVE A MILE DOWN THE ROAD!!

We LOVE Jet's. And our 15 yr old grandson would eat it every night for dinner if he could!
If I could have given the service a negative 5 I would…Just left this location where the cashier was absolutely obnoxious to say the least. I walked in said hi cashier did not respond, I asked what slices do you have available? her response “all we have is pepperoni” she said it very very rudely in a hurry up I have work to do and ur annoying ah look on her face, I ordered 3 slices she grabbed the money out of my hand before I was even ready to hand it to her. I told her to RELAX she Gives 3 slices pizza no napkin. Very annoyed extremely agitated/distressed cashier she’s ready to explode. Not very good for the business (receipt says Maria F. Was the cashier not sure if it’s accurate) horrible I will not be coming back.
