I give no stars for service. I have had multiple bad services every time I have been there for ordered delivery. They are definitely not freaky fast. I ordered delivery and it took over and hour to get to me and an Uber driver delivered it. I had to call the store and no compassion they said they were understaffed. I get that but nothing was offered to me for compensation. Multiple times going into the store with a few people in front of me and had to wait over 20 min. Today went in there and asked to input my rewards number and they sold the system is down. Couldnt explain to me why or how I could add my points for today. None of the young kids working there can explain anything and dont have good customer service when ordering. No hello, nothing. No have a good day nothing. Like the customers r a bother that they r there. Its really a shame that nothing has been done as I have read many negative reviews about this location. I will take my business elsewhere.

Bad here at lunchtime can’t handle the orders! Ordered online had to wait 20 minutes in store for my order. Multiple walk-ins received their order before me, no urgency here! Freaky fast now history!

Online delivery order took 53 minutes and the store didn't answer the phone. Called five times over 20 minutes and nobody ever answered and no voicemail. Terrible customer service.

Bun was hard - not fresh. Filling was not very much. A dab of tuna with some shedded lettuce, very few tomatoes & cucumber. Very expensive for a sub. Nine dollars for 6 inch with barely anything in it.

We've unfortunately had multiple negative experiences at this location. Most recently placed a mobile order ahead of time and still had to wait in store upon arrival. When we checked the sandwiches one was made incorrectly and we requested a fix. Unfortunately the fix had the same issue. The associate said they couldn't help further and made no resolution on a very simple request. Not so fast.... But I did freak.

Placed an online order at 3:15pm, it's now closer to 4:30pm. Called the store, was told their driver is late so they went through Uber. Recieved a notification that Uber would deliver at the earliest by 4:43pm, and at the latest, by 5:15pm. 2 hours after I placed my order? The JJ store is 9 minutes away! Lesson learned, won't be ordering again.

I always order online and the food is usually done from minutes to 15 minutes tops.

Sandwiches looked nicely packed rather than skimping on protein.

Place looks clean from the dining area.

Best darn subs around….well…..this is 2025 after COVID and JJ’s has gone down in their products, ie; ham. My ham sub was horrible…they used old “Very Fat” ham. Not only fat but I don’t believe I got an ounce of edible ham to eat so I had ham in my fridge that I substituted for their ham. I won’t be back, ever! Prices have gone up as quality has gone down, way down! What happened Jimmy Johns? And…why aren’t your employees wearing hair covers on head or beard covers to make sandwiches??

Manager and owner are rude. They charged me multiple times on my card and never reimbursed me. They said my card didn’t go through but indeed did. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Placed an order for delivery. An hour later it hadn’t shown up yet and we are an 8 minute drive from the store. I called multiple times with no answer and then when I got someone I was put on hold for 14 minutes as I drove to the store. The manager on duty told me that they couldn’t do anything but give a $10 credit that can only be used in store or by calling an order in. She apologized but was visibly getting angry with me saying they were so busy they couldn’t come back to the phone.

I get they are busy but leaving someone on hold for 15 minutes is pretty unacceptable.

I’ve been a regular of Jimmy John’s for quite some time. They aren’t one and the same however so I was super disappointed when my favorite location shut down. I started coming to this location several months back. Overall my experience here has been good. Food is always fresh, staff is overall friendly.

I will say that their phone often times cuts in and out and it can be very frustrating when trying to place an order. I asked to speak to a manager today about it. “A.J.” made my entire experience wonderful! I have not seen such professionalism in quite some time. Don’t know if they’ll be able to fix the phone problem, but for the good service and fresh food I’ll deal with it. LOL
