Manager and owner are rude. They charged me multiple times on my card and never reimbursed me. They said my card didn’t go through but indeed did. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Placed an order for delivery. An hour later it hadn’t shown up yet and we are an 8 minute drive from the store. I called multiple times with no answer and then when I got someone I was put on hold for 14 minutes as I drove to the store. The manager on duty told me that they couldn’t do anything but give a $10 credit that can only be used in store or by calling an order in. She apologized but was visibly getting angry with me saying they were so busy they couldn’t come back to the phone.
I get they are busy but leaving someone on hold for 15 minutes is pretty unacceptable.

I’ve been a regular of Jimmy John’s for quite some time. They aren’t one and the same however so I was super disappointed when my favorite location shut down. I started coming to this location several months back. Overall my experience here has been good. Food is always fresh, staff is overall friendly.
I will say that their phone often times cuts in and out and it can be very frustrating when trying to place an order. I asked to speak to a manager today about it. “A.J.” made my entire experience wonderful! I have not seen such professionalism in quite some time. Don’t know if they’ll be able to fix the phone problem, but for the good service and fresh food I’ll deal with it. LOL

Food is always good, had to wait almost AN HOUR FOR DELIVERY?! I literally work less than a half mile away.
And then, they forgot my soda, and proceeded to argue with me that I didn't order a soda, even after showing him my order AND receipt.
Tried calling, no one ever answers and you just get hung up on.
Good bye Jimmy John's, time to go to Jersey Mike's.

This place is a complete joke!!!!! Ran by bunch of incompetent teenagers. Not to mention it is disgusting inside, I’ve watched them sweep rugs rather than vacuuming allowing dust and particles over food. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I went to get a sub on a Sunday last week. I ordered and waited over 15 min while they did a whole catering order for someone. While I was waiting two other people walked in and ordered and had to wait to. No one informed us that we would have to sit and wait for the workers to finish the catering order. There were 5 workers. They could’ve thrown together my sub and not had me sit there and wait without anyone saying a word.

This is the second time I ordered a Beach Club on Wheat and I literally showed it off to everyone at work. LOL - It was cut in half and picture perfect! Perfectly symmetrical, evenly distributed and neatly layered - not to mention deliciousness in every bite! Whoever is making my sandwich, give them a raise! A true sandwich artist! Next time, I'm taking a picture. Thanks guys!
