Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After ordering online one sub for delivery 1.5 miles away it took them well over two hours to deliver it. I called after the first hour and they told me he was on his way. I drove up to the store after the second hour and spoke to a manager who was not anymore helpful his resolution to the problem was telling me this was normal and the driver would be there.

Freaky SLOW! The last three orders take more than an hour from order to delivery. This time 1.5 hours. Seriously? They are missing something every time from the order or plain get it wrong. Last time for us.

Arrived 30 minutes after they opened looking to buy day old bread. They refused and said they didn't have enough bread to sell. I asked if they had any day old bread put out that day and they said no.

I just had a delivery. The driverDropped my food and drink. Told me to call the store for a credit or new order. Manager was so rude. Told me to eat it after it was on the GROUND and hung up on me! Manager is very rude. Not apologetic at all. My delivery driver was soooo nice and the manager didn’t help me or fix my order at all. $25 to not even be able to eat. Unbelievable! The manager should not be in a management service bcuz he’s very rude and defensive!!!

I ordered food it takes a hr +. There's no pops that I payed for food lay down on the side ants in it . No knock no doorbell he'll website still says out to order so you get a tip I get no drink and ants. All

RUN AWAY...THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE... How in fresh hell can they still be on Door Dash??? 7of my last 8 orders were inedible... no mayo means no mayo, Stale Oatmeal cookies ?, SMH. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM the Whole franchise again. Will go back to Subway. Totally unacceptable ? ?!!!!

An hour and 40 minutes for 2 turkey subs…. Make it make sense. The driver was very nice, not his fault. It took you guys an hour and a half just to make the sandwiches.

WORST service ever. Placed an online delivery order at 12:03. Called the store for the first time at 12:33 as my order still hadn’t been delivered. They said the driver was on his way. 30 minutes later still no food. I call the store at 1:06 and they said the driver is 3 minutes away. Then it took 10 more minutes until I got my food. And I didn’t even get the ranch that I paid for. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this location and if you do then order in the store and not for delivery.

Took 50 minutes for 2 subs to be delivered 9 minutes away at 11am on a Sunday. 3 stars because the subs were yummy and fresh.
