Such an adorable cafe with such yummy options! Their matcha is so sweet and tasty! The cinnamon rolls waffles are out of this world! The staff is super friendly and helpful!!

I’ve been going to this place since they opened and have probably tried almost everything on the menu. EVERYTHING is stellar. The food, drinks, and vibe are everything you want out of a local coffee spot. The customer service is wonderful, and I love seeing the usual baristas every time I go. The new girl that is taller with dark hair has been especially sweet, and Gino has been there and consistent from the start! Thank you guys!
I have been coming here off and on for 2 years. Recently the woman who gas long dark hair and is short, has been very rude. So rude my husband didn't even order yesterday because of it. She did not smile nor greet us. The look on her face was like she hated being there and hated waiting on us. As someone who runs a business (my husband does) he pointed out its imperative to be mindful of how you treat people of you want business. Because of this you have lost a customer. More may have left or will because of this woman's rudeness to customers.
I really want to love this place, the coffee and food are good and well made, but the staff make you feel awkward, like they dont want to deal with you. I have been stopping in for years since it opened and have seen many employees come and go but this seems to be the vibe no matter who is behind the counter. Training should include customer service skills and company culture education. When i come here I am not greeted, I am not even asked what I would like, staff sets their phones down and walk over to the register and stare at the screen without saying a word to me. Its very a weird experience! Like uhh do I order now? When they bring the food or drink to you they just set it down and walk away. Like I said i enjoy the products and atmosphere here but I find myself avoiding stopping in because I hate going through the awkward counter interaction.
