Had a reservation, however, we're seated by the door to the outside patio which was very windy. We moved our table ourselves to get out of the worst of the wind. Other then this, food and service was exceptional.
We go Herr every year for our anniversary since our wedding rehearsal was held here and we are never disappointed. Highly recommend. Amazing food, amazing service and just an amazing atmosphere. I recommend Erica as your server. She is absolutely PHENOMENAL!
The calamari has really gone down, it was not good this time. We ran into friends who had two orders of it and said it was terrible. It was so loud you had to yell for the waitress to hear your order. Food took a very long time to get. Had to ask for our drinks again after waiting a long time, she must have forgot them. The rest of the meal was good.
Food was ok.. nothing amazing and at that price , it should be. Calamari came out with 2 plastic ramekins, very tacky. I put in our reservation that we were celebrating my daughter's 17th bday and they did absolutely nothing, no acknowledgement at all. Our server was great though!
Great place to eat checked in early and got our table within a minute. Service was excellent, ordered jumbo shrimp and mamas lasagna and the food was great will definitely go back again !
As always the food was excellent and the service was get eat from the greeting until us leaving. Everyone was friendly, and checked on us just the right amount. I just have to say if you like to drink an Old Fashion with dinner the Da Old Fashion was excellent.
Our server was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. Our food was great. Excellent sized portions and taste was great as always. Still quite pricey but very good. Had to wait about 30 minutes past our reservation time but it was fine.
Always busy. Great food but felt "rushed" thru our whole meal. Hadn't finished our salads and they were already bringing side dishes and main course. Restaurant was crowded but not jammed. Would have liked to have slowed the pace a little and enjoyed/savored our meal a little more. In and out in under an hour. No way to enjoy an excellent meal.
Da's has always been our place for family celebrations. Tonight our group celebrated both a birthday and an anniversary. They always make you feel welcomed and the food is awesome
First time trip for our anniversary. Food and service were a tremendous value. Solid wine list—ask for the reserve list if you're a wine buff. My wife and I have lived all over the country (Atlanta, New Jersey, Chicago, St. Louis, and Salt Lake City), we are avid travelers (Italy, Napa Valley, etc.), and we are so glad we found this old school, family-owned Italian joint right in our back yard! Consider us your new “regulars.”

Once again we had a great dinner at Da's! The Aroncini is the greatest appetizer on the planet, and we always order that while trying to decide on our entrees. The Vitello Solet in Bocca that I had was superb! Two of us got that, and another friend got the Pasta Bolognese Piselli Con Panna, and he loved it. The wait staff was great, and the noise level was moderate even though the place was packed! Thanks again, Da's!!!
Well we are getting a bit tired of writing great reviews of this restaurant, after all our visits this past year. Could you just make some of glaring error just once, you can't be perfect all the time we dine here !! Or can You ?? Again we brought two relatives this time for a retirement dinner, and again everything was great, especially the free cannoli's at the end of our meals !!
I heard about this place from my hair dresser. He said the food was “great value for money”. Overall it was good but not “great”. I had the Da Francesco's chopped salad with my meal. While good, it was $6 extra and not something I would consider value for money if you want to include as part of the meal. My entree was good. The Shrimp were large but I think the shrimp must be steamed separately as they did not have much flavor. The veal was tender and tasty. Overall the meal was good. Rarely do I ever get deserts but I was in the mood for the lemon cake with raspberry drizzle. That lemon cake was great! Overall a good experience and meal, but it was a long drive (50mins for us) so won't be back any time soon. Only disappointment was we had a reservation. They have a rule for a 10 min grace period so we made sure to arrive a few mins early (which we did) but then had to wait more than 10 mins for our table so we opted for an outside seat and were seated right away. The patio was nice as it was a lovely evening weather wise. Shame it overlooks the parking lot and the main road...
Another great dinner! We shared our evening with another couple who had never been there, and they were impressed! Carla, our waitress, was exceptional. We were in a far room I had not been to and it was pleasantly on the quiet side, with good background music, so we could hear each other without any problem. Great place & one where you want to return to again and again!
Food was very good. Noise level high even though place was half full. Felt rushed since after receiving entrees, a server would show up every few minutes to ask if we need to have food boxed. Not pleased with this.
