Enjoyed the food. Service was great, but never seen so many servers standing around behind the counter.
Good restaurant, I will be back. Not cheap but the food was good, the service was good but they seemed just a little rushed. It was good, but close to being better.
Service is warm and friendly. Coffee is hot and fresh. Food was delicious. Great for breakfast or brunch.
First time to Kens for breakfast and it was great!! Lots on the menu. I had the Southwest skillet and it was delicious. Eggs Benedict is very popular too. Staff were super attentive and very friendly. We will be going back to try more on the menu!
Definitely come back.
I have been going to Ken’s since Ken opened it in Shelby Township. Today, May 26, 2025 we went to meet a relative for breakfast and waited 45 minutes for our order which was two eggs over easy, 5 pancakes and 9 sausages! Our relative waited through 3 waitresses to get his coffee which took 20 minutes after sitting down! Ken is rolling over in his grave! Their excuse was short staffing, but Uber Eats was in and out several times in the time we sat and the waitress actually apologised for the wait; 45 minutes after sitting! It would have been faster ordering through Uber Eats than being a loyal customer and waiting. I NEVER complain but today was ridiculous. Not going back, sorry Ken they destroyed your legacy.

We got the breakfast burrito and it was fantastic. The sausage was delicious and the egg on top was perfectly done. It was our first visit, but we plan on going again.

From the phone call, to the service inside and right down to the food! I’ve came here a few times during my work break and haven’t had any problems. Today though, first the lady was super rude on the phone with me. I called at 8am and asked for the food to be ready at 830am mind you before I said that she said it’d be ready in 10 minutes, but I told her please to have it done by 830am! She said that’s fine see you at 830. I get there 831am and told them my name all of the girls up front giving my dirty look, saying we don’t have an order for you and saying I called the wrong place SO rudely. I told them what I ordered and was about to pull the number on my phone of whom I called. Then they say o sorry we have it but it’ll be a few minutes and telling me I should have called five minutes ago….im like what do you mean? I called at 8am it’s 830am?!?!!!! They totally forgot about it and made me wait 10 minute for it and stare at me talking about me. I will never go back!

Service by our waitress was great. She was very sweet and kind. The owner is the most disrespectful person I have met. We ordered the pancakes which came very thin as paper, huge, and cold. The French toast was also very cold with no eggs just breading and cinnamon. We returned them both (we were going to order something else instead). The waitress was very kind and respectful about it but the owner came and ranting about how they are famous for there pancakes and she proceeds to take another customers pancakes and brings it to my face and says “see this is how our pancakes are and everyone loves them”. Very rude and very disrespectful. Won’t be returning.
