Food was cold, asked for no onions, onions were on my food. Chicken was over cooked, fries cold. Asked for lemon for my water when I asked for water, didn’t get it until food came. Bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks. Waitress never came to check on us or ask how our meal was. We won’t be back.

I ordered a ham and cheese omelette, with hash browns well done, I got some eggs with cheese on it and hash browns that we're raw, looked awful, I told waiteres, I shouldn't have paid for it, but I did, barely ate any of it

I ordered chili cheese fries and a coney, not sure what kind of cheese they use on the cheese fries, but it tastes like orange grease. No cheesy flavor at all.

Kirby's is an average Koney Island. The service was good. There was nothing wrong with the food, but everyone in my group thought that there was not much seasoning on the food. I won't avoid Kerby's, but I also won't make it a regular stop.

This place is a joke. You put an order in online when the restaurant is open go to pick it up at 10:15am the door is locked the person working is walking around not opening the door. I had to call twice to get an answer, they say they aren’t exactly open…but we can make your food? Um what? No thanks. Then when I asked for a refund I was told I needed to go online for it…If you aren’t open, update your hours. This isn’t the first time this happened to me there and I have gave them grace bc it says help wanted and the situation was handled much differently by the person working. I get being short staffed but this is ridiculous. Save your time and money and order breakfast for anywhere else.

Do NOT work or eat here. As a ex employee who worked my butt off everyday for the owner. It’s not worth it at ALL. The owner does not care about his staff. I’ve been screamed at over stuff, and everytime I felt uncomfortable or upset about a situation he never cared enough to do anything. Don’t trust the food you get ether. They let chicken tenders sit all day and when someone orders them they just dump it in the fryer over and over. The dishes in the back sit and I have seen BUGS in the back before from the smell. Everyone is insanely overworked and overpaid. The food is insanely mid. The owner really doesn’t care about how fresh it is, he only cares about taking your money. As someone who worked there I will never eat there again or support Kerbys, and everyone else I know as well says the same thing

I've come in here many times over the course of the last year. Nothing big ever seems to change. The things i've heard discussed about the owner of the restaurant is humorous, and I can see why some of these things are said about him. For one, there's a sign that says "please wait to be seated" when you walk in while you are constantly told to seat yourself from the back of the restaurant by one of the employees/manager. 2, the restaurant is always dead, very rare you'll walk in and see more than 5 tables filled up at once. And 3, the waitresses do not get paid enough for the constant nit picking and all the labor they do! Heard the owner in a literal small rage over a shirt. You know, you'd do a lot more not sitting at home watching your little cameras all the time and putting some of that effort into bringing engagement to your restaurant. For example, new menu items, new furniture, a more welcoming and colorful environment or just better management!

I've heard regulars, and some other customers have similar complaints to the staffs.

Don't waste your money here

We love a good coney, unfortunately this isn’t it. Lemon rice soup was ice cold, and they offered to microwave it to warm it up… the skillet had overcooked sausage, undercooked eggs, and burned veggies. They forgot the dressing on my sandwich and we never got water.

On a plus note the coffee was fresh brewed.. so there’s that..

Ordered a tuna melt to go and they gave me we grilled bread with cold cheese so it was not a tuna melt just a tuna sandwich with a slice of cheese. $12 for that and a coke no chips or anything. Also no napkin or straw. I will not be back
