I arrived to an empty drive through line and sat at the ordering screen for 5 minutes with no one answering. I pulled up to the window to order (I should have taken the sign from above and just left) and was met with no apology or acknowledgment. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich with no pickle and a large Pepsi. The Pepsi was a medium and the sandwich had pickle. It also took 20 minutes, which is crazy at a fast food establishment at 1:30pm with no one else in line ahead of me or behind me. This is a very busy intersection with numerous fast food restaurants but this restaurant is the only one that’s consistently empty and it’s not hard to see why.

I ordered the chicken tenders fill up box. The chicken tenders were extremely small and dry. One of the tenders was completely inedible because it was rubbery. The side of mashed potatoes was good and the biscuit, but if I go to KFC again, I will be ordering something else.

I got chicken little with the pickle and a piece of bread with mayonnaise on it .I do get them all the time but it was a first from this place.and I got soooo sick from it .and my brother got sick to but he had a bigger chicken sandwich.the coleslaw was good.so I must of got something that's been sitting out to long .like the mayonnaise I am guessing.i myself work making restaurant equipment for restaurants around the world and I have seen them all been doing it for 16 plus years.

Rude drive thru
I've been here a few times and it's about 50/50 if you get fresh chicken, or chicken that tastes like it's been sitting around or refried to make it seem fresh again.
I always order online and I always get sauces with my order and everytime I've been here, I haven't gotten a single 1.
Service is below average. There's probably 1 person that seems to give service with a smile, but the rest of them sound and look miserable.

The chicken at this location looked like it was in the warmer for two weeks. The place is dirty. And they didn't know the difference between mac n cheese and coleslaw

I ordered the 12 pc tender with 3 sides online. I checked the bag in the parking lot and they forgot the gravy. I ran in and got it. Then when I got home I noticed there was no sauce for the tenders 😞 The food was good though. So the cook does a good job but whoever puts the food in the bag forgot a bunch of stuff
Can not believe you wait for over 20 minutes for the drive thru. 3 chicken bowls and a 2 PC meal. Horrible

I had to wait for my chicken strips so I pulled forward like she asked. Even though there were no cars behind me in the drive thru. Then there's no service with a smile at all. Us my strips were not done. So I threw it out. Very disappointed!!

I would go here quite often on my lunch break. Yes they are extremely slow and make you wait for an order to be completely done before taking your order 90% of the time. I've accepted that and it is what it is.
The other day Im waiting behind just two cars for almost 20 minutes. I get up to the window and they tell me it's cash only. It's 2025, I like many others do not carry cash often. I tell the old lady, it be nice if you guys put out a sign. She gets an attitude and says she's letting everyone know at the speaker. Well it wouldn't be a big deal if you could take orders properly. I wasted 15ish minutes of my lunch bc you guys are inept and lazy. Theres another kfc about 10 mins from this one. It's on mound. Go to that one, thank me later

I just want to thank A wonderful staff member Mary that works at this location we were in today and she was literally the most helpful, amazing, and caring staff member we have came in contact with here Thank U so much Mary for being Kind! Grandma enjoyed her KFC!

Only one good worker then the manager and the workers in the back were so rude and not even caring store backed up with drive thru and front lobby you had this one guy doing everything while the rest just stood around if you want to wait 2hrs to eat come here

they forgot the honey and the hot sauce, did not give us our change (coins). then when I went to ask for the receipt the lady seen me comming and threw the receipt away. The cook was nice though.
