This is genuinely the worst KFC ever! I can’t believe it hasn’t been shut down yet. All the workers don’t even want to be there. We were having a great day until me and my family got yelled at on the intercom while ordering. Disgusting service and rude. I’d rather eat out of a dumpster than go here again.

This is my last time going to this KFC I always go to this KFC and I always get old food I have never went to this place anytime of the day in the noon soon as you open it don't matter you always get old food can a manager or whoever owned this place please see this and you need to like get in touch with me because I'm sick of paying my 13 to $30 for old food all the time. In the old lady who's working the window she is the rudest person in the world she looks like a Scooby-Doo character she's got her hair in a ponytail.

Probably one of the worst KFC locations I have ever been to. The employee was yelling at customers on the drive through speaker, none of the employees greeted anyone. The bathroom was disgusting, and a 45 minute wait to pick up a DoorDash order. I’ve been to better KFC’s on 8 mile. This location should close down or get someone in here to straighten this place out because the franchisee obviously doesn’t care about this place.

The store opens at 10 am it's 10:16 I sat at the Intercom for 5 mins until I decided to pull off! This the 3rd time this week that happened to me !! You guys need new team members that actually want to work. The way you answered the phone you could've answered the intercom

Close this location down. The service sucks, they don't compensate customers for waiting over 15 minutes just for a few tenders. And they're not organized as far as directing customers to park to the side and give them their orders. And the food there is too expensive for them to be making us wait. And to top it off they forgot to give us our drink.

I came on my lunch break at 7pm, ordered 4 piece tender meal. They said it would be about 8 minute wait. I said that's fine. I waited 25 minutes, almost my whole lunch break. Won't be coming back to this location.

Horrible service waited over 1/2 hour after going through drive through waiting in parking lot, finally drove back to window to check on order got order but forgot to give me my wings. Workers acted unconcerned no apologie. I will never go back done

I’m so disappointed, fast food cost too much money to not get quality. I was at Kentucky Fried chicken today and my chicken was so dry. I called to complain but they don’t answer their phone. I wish I had time enough to take it back. This chicken look and taste as if it been sitting all day 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I keep calling your phone over and over again I never respond and it always rings for about 3 minutes and hangs up I had my identity stolen and my debit card was used at your location I would appreciate it if you picked up the phone because I've already contacted the police.

Got a 16pc and the chicken was under cooked and the breading was falling off ...horrible...waited 8 mins before anyone even talked to me . Looked like only 1 or 2 people were working.
