Horrible experience. We ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken . Breasts drums thighs and wings but they gave us a box of tender and we ordered 2 large potatoes and gravy and only got one everything cold! One Mac n cheese not two! Extra gravy none! And they don’t answer the phone at all

I ordered online for pickup when i got there in drive thru they were like you have to pull over and come inside pick it up i barely could hear them from the drive thru speakers and when i went inside the manager was like what you are here for with an upset face, this is how they greeted me, would never ever go back there, the food was cold too

Wow. Bought chicken sand meal. Came with fries. Guess there's new fries. Mine was not fresh so wasnt good. Ate inside. Not a complainer but ugh. I need old WEDGES back. NOT a fan. We should have gotten fresh fries since we ate IN. This was on lunch break. Not again. Sorry

Ordered a 5 piece tender meal in the drive thru. She took my order, took my payment, THEN said food is not ready and to pull up and they will bring it out. 15 minutes later still waiting. If there's a wait let customers know before accepting their order.

The people Who work at this Location come off extremely rude and lazy. In the drive-through they only take one car at a time. I was there and there was only one other car there and they made me wait at the speaker until they were done with the other car. I don’t understand this. Service could be faster if they’re working on my order at the same time. I suspect they’re trying to beat some kind of time limit placed on them by the company. But as I said, they are also extremely rude about it
