The chicken, lemon rice soup was so mushy. I couldn’t tell what I was eating. The hamburger was dry and tasteless and the french fries were cold. The worst part about our experience was the restaurant was ice cold I asked if they could turn the heat up and they said the Manager did not allow The heat to be turned up. Everybody in the restaurant had coats on, and was freezing.

Garbage!! Tell your line cooks to learn how to read tickets... I placed an order at 5:20 for 6:15 and of course you guys made it when the ticket came in and when I picked it up at 6:15 to go home and eat it everything was cold.

Honestly just fed up at this point. I order the same thing every time my wife forces me to come here. Ordered a Buffalo chicken pita add feta and chili cheese fries. Get home no chili cheese fries, go back get them. Get home open my pita. It's just a regular chicken pita wrap with tomatoes on it and no feta cheese or buffalo sauce. Luckily i had some at home... by the time i got to eat it the lettuce was soggy and gross. There were uncooked fries in the bottom of the chili cheese fries that i spit out cause it went from warm to cold/semi frozen fries. Waste of money once again. I refuse to go back again.

The wait staff went well beyond what anyone would have rated as best. Brenda gave us a truly wonderful experience despite the three small children with us. She, along with her sidekick, Paula made our day!!
