We have been coming to this pizza place for about 10 years, it use to be so good but the past 6 months or so it’s gone downhill. I ordered food yesterday online for pickup and it took over one hour. The pizza was cold with barely any sauce and the 2 liter pop was warm. We really use to like this place and I’m hoping things can get worked out and it can be back to what it used to be.

This is the second time, in a few weeks, I have received a pizza that looks like this. It tastes as bad as it looks. Ordered through the portal- took over a 1/2 hour. Not acceptable, no longer a loyal customer.

I’ve been here 3 times now on my lunch break all around 5:30pm and this store never has hot and readys ready. How is this possible at this time of day? I would think that production of the hot and ready pizza would be ramped up around dinner time but not at this location.

Called at 9:20 on June 16 to place an order—no answer. Showed up at 9:30, door was closed. Two employees saw me and said nothing. Website says open till 10. Disappointing. Took my business to 26 and dyke. I recommend going there instead.
just ordered a large super special and WOW am i impressed . Top notch pizza all the way , my compliments to the chef !! worthy of every star . Thanks folks , you all rock !

Loyal customer for years. Ordered a $90 order hours prior to event, paid via the app with a credit card. Order processed with pick up time given. On arrival doors locked with staff inside. Made Multiple phone calls while standing outside the door, no answer. Finally someone came to the door to say the store was closed and they were unable to fufill the order OR return payment. Called store next business day and was told no one could assist with payment return. Corporate called, no assistance. Stopped by store hours later for the manager asking me to come back tomorrow when the owner was there. Demanded to speak to the owner myself immediately and was told “he’s not much help”. After much negotiation owner walked “manager through full refund of payment.
There’s other store in the area which were happy to fill this large order at the last minute. Won’t return.
