Watching the workers play on their phones in the front and in the back by the pizza was gross. Then when they decided to not fill my order of 2 with the 4 hot and ready that were available it was a little more annoying. Then when I asked why the lady stated they needed the pizzas for other customers. Noone else was in the store and I was the only one with a pending order.

Upon ordering a hot and ready pizza and consuming a slice, I discovered a long black hair embedded in the dough. This experience left me deeply disgusted and concerned about the overall hygiene and quality of food preparation at your establishment.I would like to recommend that you reconsider your hiring practices, particularly when it comes to individuals with long hair who are unwilling to wear hairnets while handling food. Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and cleanliness protocols is vital to ensure the satisfaction and well-being of your customers.In light of this issue, I have retained a sample of the pizza in question, which I intend to present to the health inspector for analysis and examination. It is my hope that this will help rectify the situation and prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.Furthermore, I am seriously considering pursuing legal action against your establishment for the distress and potential health risks that this incident has caused me. I would strongly advise taking immediate steps to address these concerns and prevent any further harm to your reputation and customer trust.I hope this matter can be resolved amicably, but I am prepared to take further action if necessary.
