We walked into an almost empty restaurant around 6:30 on a Monday evening. We were warmly greeted and brought to a nicely set table with teak flowers and stemmed water glasses. Throughout the evening we had outstanding service from Zaf. He answered all of our questions happily and truly seemed to care about what we thought. He made suggestions when we said this was our first time trying Indian food. Everything he suggested was great. For our party of 6, we ordered Butter Chicken, Mango Goat, Lamb Passanda, and Tandoori Mixed Grill, plus a bowl of chicken soup, three bowls of rice, a butter naan, and a garlic cheese naan. We also had a mango lassi and Chai. Every single item was excellent. We couldn't decide which item was our favorite. Everyone has a different favorite. All are agreed that we must come back! We really hope that Monday nights are just slow. It would be sad to see such a wonderful gem struggle. If you love Indian food, come here! If, like us before today, you haven't tried Indian food, this is the place to go! You can get customized spice levels for everything, so no worries about food being spicy, unless you want it that way.
