Went in to watch my tigers try to scratch out a win and not collapse... Atmosphere was amazing. Food was as expected and fantastic. Service though… was NEXT level! Took my receipt home just so I could have her name to leave this review. KATELYN was the BEST server I’ve ever had. She checked on the table so many times. Super smilie friendly and just overall made the environment that much better. If you’re there for dinner, ASK FOR KATELYN!

I got a few drinks. The speciality drinks were a bit pricey but the tall domestic beers were very reasonable price. The chicken wings were phenomenal. They were quite large so 5-10 will be plenty for yourself and maybe another person. Overall great experience.

Came here for a big lunch and left completely satisfied. Mavrix offers a great selection of indulgent, feel-good food. I had the Mav Burger with mac and cheese, and it was absolutely delicious hearty, flavorful, and super satisfying. Had some pickles on the side. The portions are huge, so come hungry!

2025 update - Completely disappointed with the wings in person, in addition to carry out. We told the waitress extra sauce and she typed it in as wet wet. This is what came out. Where is the sauce? I don’t understand how hard it is to cover chicken with sauce. Completely lost our business And we were even considering using them for a large 80 person gathering for catering Labor Day. We came back this week to try it out to make sure we still liked it and if they can’t even comprehend a 10 piece chicken wing order, how could they possibly prepare 100 wings with little sauce?
2022 update - We usually come in and eat here 2 times a month or so. After bragging to our friends how huge their wings are and how delicious, we decided to order for the Super Bowl a tray of 50. We ordered and drove 45 minutes to pick them up. The minute I got home to transfer in the oven to keep warm, I was soooo embarrassed and upset that the sauce on them (after I asked on my order extra sauce) was so light. We had the honey bbq flavor. We had no one on the east side to pick up extra sauce even if we wanted to call. When we come in and eat, it’s never a problem. Not sure what went wrong here. Barely half each wing has sauce on them. I’m glad I got a photo of the food spread and it shows clearly how lightly tossed they are.
If anyone management reads this review, please make sure you kitchen staff is aware of the order ticket or the order taker is ringing it correctly into the system. Such a waste and bummer!

Our bartender Mark is a great bartender. It's hard to find a good one these days with a personality. Thanks for the service and entertainment, lol. Not usually in this area much but will make more of a point to come down this way and stop in and see Mark.

Over the past 2-3 months my friend and I have been regulars at this bar going nearly every Tuesday and Thursday. We would always sit at the bar and get served by Delaney and Donna who were always amazing to us. They were always super friendly and gave us exceptional service.
The only issue we had was with the servers who would constantly stare at us. One day I asked them for water, while the bartenders were gone, and they scoffed at me rolled their eyes and said they would get it but never did. Ever since then we have never spoken to any of the servers have only sat at the bar.
Come to find out last Thursday when I stopped by to say grab a drink and watch the rest of the game, I was told I could not be served because I made someone by the name of Amelia uncomfortable. I am not sure who that was and have never spoken to anyone of that name before in that place.
Both bartenders were extremely upset by this because they know me and would stand up for me for anything. I am not sure why management would ban a regular given no reason.
Please review your servers attitude and reason why before telling people they can not be served.
I will not be ever going into this establishment again and I will not recommend it to anyone anymore.

Mavrix is hands-down one of the best spots around. The service is second to none. Every time I visit, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The food is consistently delicious. If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, and top-notch service, Mavrix should be at the top of your list!
Mylar and Alyssa are always a treat when we first walk in smiling and welcoming us into the bar the bartenders are awesome way to many to name ‘Mandy you rock’👋😊

Unfortunately, we’ve noticed that their service has been getting progressively worse over the years. Recently we waited 10 minutes, had to get our own menus, then left when people who came in after us were greeted before us.
