I came in expecting the usual dive bar scene — sticky floors, cheap beer, neon signs buzzing in the corner. Instead, Rachael and Amy treated me like I had just bought the place. I ordered a regular draft and somehow it felt like they had tapped a keg exclusively in my honor.
Halfway through my second beer, Rachael joked about “opening a tab,” but what really happened is Amy slid me a crisp stack of bills and told me not to worry about it — like the bar itself was sponsoring me. By closing time, when most people were stumbling toward their Ubers, they casually mentioned my private helicopter was waiting out back behind the dumpsters. They then flew me across Italy.
If you want five-star luxury while drinking a $3 domestic, this is the only bar on earth where that’s possible. Dive bar? Maybe. But with Rachael and Amy behind the counter, it feels like Buckingham Palace with better beer.

Great little place for sports, food, and beer with friends. The cheeseburger is amazing, 1/3 lb beef patty from Eastern Market. Thick slices of onion & tomato. Staff always friendly, upbeat, and hard workers.

We stopped in after a football game. We are not from the area but found this gem of a place. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our server was Bonny with a "y" cause she's Irish and was the absolute best. We had appetizers and a few beers. The food was great ..best fried pickle chips we have ever had and the egg rolls as well as the cheese curds. We will go back when we are on that side of town.

Absolute definition of a dive bar. The building is very small, but there is a nice gated area out back to get some fresh air and you'll find a few tables out there as well. Drinks are cheap, tied one off with a group of 4 and the bill was cheaper than your average dinner for 2 in 2024. Good luck with the bathroom situation.
I do want to note that I haven't tried the food, but I've heard from many locals that they make a mean cheeseburger here.

Fun little dive bar that gives you great food and drinks without breaking the bank. Hard to find a patio without dropping $80 on dinner and a drink but you will find it here for half that. Great atmosphere and fun regulars make it good any time you go.
