The food is what you expect from McDonald’s, which is fine because I know how it will taste. My biggest problem with this location is that they always seem to screw up my drive thru order. They either forget something (most common) or give the wrong item. They are also on the slower side.

7:55 pm may 27th. Employees on and off their phones, wiping their nose then handling food. This store would fail an audit in less than 5 minutes. Unorganized is ok, cross contamination and dirty is not.

Will never be back again despite me living 1.1 miles away on 27 mile. Would rather make the drive to downtown Washington then deal with disrespectful service, slow line times (20 plus minute waits in line), and now be refused breakfast and subsequently service after sitting for 7 minutes in line before breakfast ended. I would love an explanation from management or else you can for-sure expect I will be never spending another penny at this location!

I came to the mcdonald's for the 11am to 12pm shift and the person taking the order completely messed up my order. When we were trying to ask for a blueberry frozen drink she acted as if she didn't know what blueberry meant. Also, the manager is not a mean person but she doesn't seem to care about what the customer wants and she seems annoyed when you tell her what is wrong and cut you off when you speak. This use to be a go to location for me when I go to mcdonald's and it is not anymore. I will not come back.

Kevin, seemed to be a “floater” or “utility player” was doing a great job in my observation while dining in. Super personable, went from running food out, to presenting samples, to sweeping and just really seemed to enjoy his job. You’ve got a good one in him it seems.

placed an order online and pulled up to pick up my order number one. The order was wrong number two. I asked explicitly if there was picante sauce for my two burritos she looked inside and said yes there’s two in the bottom I then pulled away got home, looked inside and no sauce no napkins, terrible service so I called them and told them about the lack of picante sauce she said for me to come back and they would give me the picante sauce. I told them I was not coming back, but I want them to be aware of their poor service. I said to them have a great day and She said whatever and hung up the phone avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

Burger was completely overcooked. Black, hardened, with cheese even sliding off the side. Pretty bad feeling when someone brings you home dinner for it to be this bad. No idea how this could possibly be okay'd to be sent out. CLEARLY it's overcooked...
