Management should reconsider a lot of staff members, they’re very rude. Don’t waste your time here. Go down to Hall and M-53 AMAZING service there as soon as you walk in.

I ordered 2 small fries and 2 drinks, while we where eating we noticed there was a fly of some sort cooked onto our fry, we where disgusted and went back threw the drive threw so we could recive a refund, when I got to the window I let them know that there was a bug in our food and the guy wearing a bandanna closed the window and grabbed us new fries when I asked if I could get a refund he got aggravated and walked away pissy, some nice lady most likely the manager came and gave us our money. This type of behavior is crazy at a age like that he had to of been in his early 30s

It take alot for me to leave one of these. I can take alot of punishment form a fast food place order wrong, what ever it happens, slow service, I can wait. What I cannot handle is being ignored by the staff intirely. This has happened twice now.
The first time I haddent even ordered yet. I got the the speaker and was told they would be with me shortly. I then watched the other drive through lane take 3 people's orders in a row. I said hello twice at my speaker and got no answer, and was so mad I drove off.
Today I was asked to pull up to the third window for the rest of my food. When we were about pull away I realized my son did not have the juice box I ordered. So we proceeded to wait at the window thinking some one should check when we dot move right? Ten minuets later I drove off in anger, again.
I understand this McDonald's is very busy compared to the others in the area. But when it is a pattern of being ignored it is not a good look.

This place sucks the person taking the order is rude and the rest are so high they have no clue what's going on they can't even do something as simple as no onions on a cheeseburger
Bathrooms are always filthy employees do not wash hands witnessed it multiple times, if you come in the drivethru at night the line literally does not move bunch of lazy kids working

Every time I go to this McDonalds they mess something up. Tonight I ordered some food at the behest of my teenage daughter and her friend. The doordash driver waited nearly 45 minutes in line at the drive thru at 11p.m. on a Wednesday. When he arrived he had one bag, inside were two of my three beverages and ZERO food that I ordered. When I messaged the driver he said that was all they gave me for your order.

Drive through doesn’t move after 10 PM, and don’t expect to get lettuce here for whatever reason🤷♂️

Great fast service. My girlfriend and i went through the drive through. The employees at both windows were just awesome. The fist window the employees were entertaining and funny. The second window that employee had the best customer service personality I have ever encountered. He was very friendly and told us to have a great day. Our food was hot and fresh. I have never received my food from anywhere that nicely packaged up in the bag. Our fries were hot and fresh and not spilled all over in the bag. This is by far the best experience I have had at any McDonald's ever or any fast food places hands down for that matter. Thank you so much for a fantastic visit. you are all awesome. Definitely seems like you had a great team working during my visit.
