They used to have more choices of fruit. There was no kiwi last time. But waffle chips are free... and made fresh. Just watch your kids what the pur in their bowls bc everything in your bowl is filled by weight at the end . A lil pricey, but uouvget what you pay for.4.5 stars

Alec there helped bring up the service to a 5/5, great guy and super friendly and helpful.The main issue with menchies is just the price is getting a little far out of reach recently. It is even harder since you are not offered taste test sample cups anymore so you commit to a flavor you may not even care for.Still good though for a 4/5 though!

I ordered from grubhub and my frozen yogurt was delivered to me looking like a bowl of soup. Disappointing to pay 13 dollars not including tip to receive melted frozen yoghurt. Ive been here in person with no issues so when i ordered i assumed they would give the driver a icepack or something considering people are paying over 10 dollars for ice cream.

There ice cream is on point. There really is no service as it is a self serve ice cream place. Walking in it is a clean establishment and everything is neatly organized.

Pros: Variety and quality of toppings, waffle cup isn't an additional charge.Cons: I got the peanut butter and chocolate frozen yoghurts, both were mid at best, especially for the price. The chocolate in particular is pretty bad. Some of the other flavors are a bit better. My waffle cup was also a bit stale.If you like the self-serve experience with tons of toppings, this place is still great. Otherwise, you're better off going to a custard or ice cream shop. Cheaper and most likely will taste better too.

Mencies is always a nice treat. So this is how it works. You select from an assortment of ice cream flavors that are based on concepts you never would have imagined. You then move to the topping bar and drizzle on whatever fudge or caramel goop you want. Then whatever sprinkle you want. Then you weigh it and you pay per ounceIt's not my favorite ice cream place in the world but it's quick and dependable and you get to make your own Sunday. They have cones for no extra charge. The interiors all look alike and would please Jack Nicholson's joker for their focus on the color purpleWorth it for those with an ice cream craving

My favorite Menchie's location. Went in today and they had peeps with the bottoms chocolate covered and sprinkles added, so cute! They were also giving away free mini waffles!
Frozen yogurt was fine, but service was awful. Girl working the counter seemed very unhappy to be there, and while I understand wanting to close on time, putting away tables and chairs 30 minutes before closing is ridiculous.

The two women working at this Menchies were so unfriendly that they made our 'treat night' pretty uncomfortable. We arrived 40 minutes before the shop closed and were quick to get our yogurts. $31 spent while being given the evil eye while the other worker put up all the chairs and pushed all the tables to the side. You can do better Menchies :/

Not very inviting. Young man working was in the back pretty much the entire time. Thought it was weird they don’t let you do sample cups/spoons to taste different flavors. Plenty of dirty tables he could have been cleaning instead of doing who knows what in the back ??♀️ wasn’t the exciting experience I was hoping for my kids. Won’t be back.

Not all Menchie's are created equal unfortunately and I will drive out of my way to go to this location! The staff is always friendly, the machines are maintained and the toppings are always fresh. I am glad they offer a dairy -free vegan option, the Dole Whip pineapple. Occasionally they have a couple other dairy free flavors, the horchata was delicious! I would love a basic dairy-free chocolate or vanilla flavor to be always available as well, but I know space is limited with the machines. It's not the cheapest but for a treat every once in awhile, it's not too bad. Be sure to join the rewards program to earn points for discounts and freebies!
