Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Hall Road

Absouletly great experience anytime i come into menchies. Employee named madison always greets everyone and is helpful as well and kind and sweet! Employees like her make me want to come back and suggest menchies to all my friends. We need more young employees like her. Cookies & Cream froyo was also incredible.

I had this for the first time a couple months ago and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was so clean. Everything tasted so good.

My children I along with our pup enjoyed this wonderful yogurt. I look forward to coming back

Mopped the floor and did not put down a wet floor sign. My 3 year old fell because the floor right in front of the machines was wet and no where else. Employee did not say anything to use when it happened. Did not say sorry. I asked her to put down a wet floor sign. Terrible experience and will not come here again.

Just got menchies for the first time and I got the peach and mango fro yo. After taking a first bite I was disgusted because it actually tasted like rotten milk. I thought that couldn’t be because the sign said “tart mango peach” so I went and told the cashier who told me “Yeah thats because it’s tart” and refused to let me replace it and told me I had to pay for another. Great customer service! Beware the tart items because they aren't what you think.

Workers are rude

Best frozen yogurt I ever had you can do it yourself even I’m Brian Tyler‘s kid and you should follow us. That would just be amazing if you did love you all. Hope you guys go to their yogurt store more

Only half of the machines had product. There was one employee who looked sad she was there. She perked up when a couple of her high school friends came in. Definitely a step down from its earlier days.

Over priced. The cup it’s self weighs an oz! lol Only one size of cup. Fruits not freshest. Tips 18% automatically added if using card or can choose to decline. Tips for what? Putting a spoon in my cup? That’s hilarious haha

Menchie’s HALL ROAD is the Cleanest & Freshest Froyo Spot Around!

I go to a lot of fast-casual places and frozen yogurt shops, and I have to say—Menchie’s is by far the freshest and cleanest I’ve been to. Lately, I’ve noticed that so many food places just aren’t keeping up with cleanliness, but Menchie’s is the complete opposite. Every time I walk in, the store is spotless, the counters are wiped down, and I’ve literally seen them cleaning the machines daily—which is huge because not every froyo place does that!

The toppings bar is always fully stocked, and the fruit is unbelievably fresh—like, you can actually taste that it was just cut. Nothing looks dried out or old, which I really appreciate. And the variety is insane! They rotate their flavors daily, so there’s always something new to try. One day it’s Key Lime Pie, the next it’s Caramel Apple Pie—it keeps things exciting! Plus, they always have great dairy-free and low-sugar options, which is a nice bonus.

Honestly, Menchie’s just does everything right. It’s clean, it’s fresh, and you can tell they actually care about the quality of what they’re serving. If you love frozen yogurt, this is the spot.

I am what you would call a Menchies addict. I have visited several locations but the hall Rd one is the best. Not just because Sue is super nice and friendly and kind, but the yogurt is always consistent. ALL the machines always are running so you have more choices. The toppings are always full and fresh. I HIGHLY recommend Menchie's.

Menchie's charge about an ounce is almost a dollar a ounce so if you not careful you'll end up paying $20 or for one yogurt bowl.
Everything taste delicious but it can get expensive fast before you know it.
Th customer service is excellent the store was clean.
They were very personable I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Very Disappointed in the customer service . The 2 attendants working were unhelpful and extremely rude to my family. We won’t be returning . Horrible experience.
