The service was too good for the food to be so bad. I had two ponies and an onion ring you can tell where they started cutting corners in the buns and the onion rings. Everything just tasted super bland and the buns were a little stale. The coney sauce was almost flavorless but pretty greasy. I don't blame the cooks, I blame the ingredients and those issues are handled higher up the chain. The only saving grace was the service was so damn good and the people were so friendly.

I visit National's very frequently for salad. Using my to-go order is spot on but today they missed the mark. I always order extra chicken (which of course is an additional fee) No extra chicken as added. I also added additional pita bread which is additional $1.99 and that was also missing from the order. I definitely should have checked my order before leaving the Resturant but unfortunately I did not.

Wanted to enjoy myself for some breakfast but it’s just as hot inside as it is out. AC is not working and they are making their workers work! Very dangerous! Do we ignore hear exhaustion now? It was 85 degrees indoors.

I find very inhumane that the store is open when it is 95 degrees, with no air conditioning, dangerously humid, and the workers are being expected to work their shifts. The workers were great but management is extremely evil for keeping the store open in these dangerous conditions. Do better. Will not be coming back.
