First time guest today. Very disappointed. Ordered banana pancakes, served 6 pancakes with 1 small slice of a banana in a single pancake. Told the waitress, she said she would advise the cook he shouldn't do that again. No bill adjustment, no Im sorry, nothing. I expected better. Not impressed.
If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot to eat at, Pancake factory has it all. From different ethnicities. Breakfast always great here, service is even better, the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a breakfast and a lunch spot.

I also had the Factory French Toast and it was very good.
