Ordered over 45$ worth of food and everyone’s sand-which was wrong. Of course they are out of avocados they are always out of something and you can bet that the price is still the same.
When I told them that my sandwiches were wrong and showed them that my receipt shows this one has no onion or basil and this other one has add cucumber they just looked puzzled and still remade it wrong.
All the workers at this location seem to hate their job. They look angry or disgusted and are always rude. Management needs to step up.

Everytime I come here they screw up my order! I ordered a door dash order today and they forgot a sandwhich so I had to go pick it up and wait 25 minutes for them to make it.

I ordered a particular dish that I did not see that came with pork once I realized my mistake. The lady who took care of me so we can make you another one no problem. I really appreciated that because I really did not see that it had pork on that salad.

I stopped at this location because I like how panera bread has healthier options compared to other restaurants. However, I should have kept going. This place need employees that will be attentive to the service, food, and how things should go. There is no way someone should receive a sandwich that had sauce literally all over the place over all of the wrapper. You can tell the sandwich was thrown together and they literally just threw it on some bread. Im sure if they or their family was served the sandwich that was prepared they would not be happy. To the young lady that put this on the counter, would YOU eat this sandwich?

Drive threw took forever! After biting so long for 2 soups which are already pre-made. They give me chips as my side when u ordered a 2 baguettes. Who eats chips with soup? No napkins no plastic wear customer service socks D

Honestly the slowest place I’ve ever been. I try to come sometimes before work but end up leaving the line before I even get up to the window because I’d have been sitting there for 15 minutes. Please be faster fam

This sign is is deceiving and should be corrected. The wording has Green Goddess toast and a tropical smoothie. But when you check out they ring both of them up separately so you're paying for the toast and the smoothie separately.
I rarely come to this location but I was close by so I popped in. Let me tell you guys about their baked goods!! The cookies. I REALLY love their cookies! After I ordered my food, I walked down towards the baked goods (that were uncovered) I see at least 5-7 flies crawling all over the cookies. Yuk!! As the employee walked toward me, they all scattered except for one. So I know he saw them. I looked at him and said, “I changed my mind since there are flies crawling all over your baked goods.” He looked at me like, OK 🤷🏻♀️ Didn’t try shooing them away or apologizing or anything. I was so disgusted and disappointed since their cookies are actually really good! It’s not that hard to figure out that you should cover all items with a clear lid that are set out in the open. I will not be going back to this establishment anytime soon.

Haven’t ordered in awhile and now I remember why. One cheap slice of turkey, yes 1 slice, and one strip of bacon cut in half for an extra $$. Definitely not worth it for a $16+ sandwich. Done.

70% of the time orders come out right but you better not be in a hurry. This Panera is SO SLOW that it’s faster for me to go out of my way and go to a different Panera than to hit this one on my way into work. I got my small order of a latte and mac-n-cheese 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready, and the lady infront of me was waiting 20 minutes for a dozen bagels nothing done to them! Sad
