Don’t come here if you want fast service. I say for 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my order. Feel free to go elsewhere unless you don’t mind wasting time.

I'm just wondering if Panera bread has something personal against me. I genuinely cannot think of one single time that I have received an order where All items were correct and in the bag. not once. It doesn't even matter what location I go to. Even the most basic order such as a toasted bagel with cream cheese has been wrong. I genuinely want to enjoy coming here, but I simply can not because the incompetence is unfathomable. It's almost impressive that they manage to get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL over many years.

Manager was rude! Spoke very loudly to me about a baguette I was asking to be sliced and toasted. Don't ask for anything special. Noted. Would have been totally cool about her not being able to do it but instead right in front of all the customers she continued speaking rudely. Guess it made her feel like a tough guy. Called HQ and received a refund to my card AFTER reporting it.

Very long wait times, staff is confused asked what was going on with my order was told ill have that out right now waited additional 15 mins after already waiting right in front of staff they just dont care.. oh and dont get me started on how filthy the bathrooms are.

$48 for 2 Mac n Cheese with 2 Broccoli soups thru the drive thru ???
That’s crazy and it’s not even over the top quality .
First and last time here for me .

Will never go to this Panera again. Waited over 30 minutes for my food with only two cars ahead of me and 4 people preparing food. Very slow service. I got charged for an extra bread order that I did not place. This is what I was given. To top it all off a guy making sandwiches wiped his nose with his gloved hands and then continued making food without changing them. The floors where they were preparing food were so dirty and full of trash. Never again.

I pulled into Panera at 5 PM. It’s now nearly 6 PM and I’m still sitting in the drive-through waiting for a simple bowl of soup and a sandwich. This is the longest I’ve ever waited in drive-through line. I could’ve sat down and got served. Spent an extra five dollars and still spent less time than I did in the drive-through here. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do better.

I got takeout from here tonight because I was hungry and on the go. My cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich had almost no chicken salad on it. It was one tomato and one piece of lettuce. I couldn’t believe it! The picture looked so good with a lot of meat but mine had almost none at all! $15 sandwich with no meat and lettuce and bread. Don’t think I will be going back.

I stopped by the drive through today for a simple broccoli cheese soup…that was it. Placing order no problem and no line. Quick they weren’t. I waited and waited and finally I was handed a bag. I moved my car without checking my order. I pulled over and found that the attendant put no bread . The soup was lukewarm and had very little broccoli in it. Disappointed especially when I spent $9.00 for a meal that wasn’t even fair. I’m done with Paneras due to poor quality control, food and high prices.

I am a senior grub hub delivery driver who came to the 26 and van dyke location to pick up my order on 11/4 at 12 noon. The manager on duty was beyond rude. The restaurant didn’t have the order, I did everything to help her locate it, showed her my phone gave order number and showed the items ordered. Finally she got extremely nasty with me and said that I was there too early (I was there at the exact time my app told me to be there) and said I can leave. I said I would wait and she said no I blocked you from this order you came too early you can leave. How ridiculously rude and intolerable for a customer service establishment. Whoever is in charge should reprimand or relieve this woman of her duties. All the other managers are extremely courteous and helpful. What a scar on the reputation of Panera bread.

This one star is not a reflection of the store, this store is actually quite nice with good service. This is a reflection of the cost savings measure by corporate Panera to eliminate fresh made bagels, particularly the cinnamon crunch bagel, replacing them with warmed up, premade bagels. Unfortunately, until they bring bag the old formula and quality of bagels, I don't think we'll be returning. There isn't a Brueggers close, but I might drive or go to Big Apple. I don't want to, you want to give my kids what they like, but lower quality and taste for increased profit isn't something we enjoy

This place has become so slow at serving. The last handful of times I've gone through the drive thru it has taken way more then any reasonable amount of time should allow.
