My husband and I order a carry out at this restaurant almost every week. Today, i ordered a large order, one of which was a crispy pita that looked like its been bitten. When i called to address the issue, the waitress said there’s nothing i can do because you dont tip. Since when is it obligatory to tip on carryout? The tipping culture is out of control where if you dont tip, you can expect your food to be tampered with. Never expected this treatment as a loyal customer.

Poached is 100% the best choice when it comes to breakfast. The staff is very clean, respectful, and fast! The owners Pete and Sam are so welcoming and pleasant. You feel like family the moment you enter Poached. The food is delicious, both sweet and savory! I Highly recommend Poached.

I initially ordered a CYO skillet, the waitress put the order in wrong and gave me an omelette. I advised her of the mishap and she seemed upset and irritated. My order was remade just for it to be rushed. They did not give me potatoes like the original order comes with and i received hash browns instead. The onions weren’t cooked, and slices of cheese were just slapped on top of the meal.

This place is a little hidden gem. The food is fantastic and the staff is super friendly. And it was great to see that they are taking sanitizing everything very seriously during this covid thing. Their menu is amazing and has so many different options including waffles with peanut butter and chocolates lol can't get any better than that :)
