I genuinely appreciate the staff both Vanessa and Isabel they are great and deserve a raise for excellence. I don't like eating QDOBA but this experience was totally different. I got enough portions of everything that me and my pregnant wife wanted. I thought it would be an issue since I had to be on the phone getting my wife's order but we were helped with courteousness and patience. I will be back only because of your two ROCKSTAR!! Well where to start …… this was our 2nd visit to a Qdoba, the 1st a few months back at the Gratiot and Masonic location which was a total disaster. Went here today at 11:30am on Tuesday the 19th. This location was about the same , we will never go back .
My girlfriend ordered first , she asked for a bowl mix which she got . I ordered a Steak Quesadilla and all they had lying in the bin was 4 dime size burnt up pieces of steak , really ?? , at lunch time. The girl put them in my burrito shell and then moved on , asking for my next ingredients, I told her “ you got to be kidding , add some meat to it “ . Only thing she did was add some chicken meat to my Steak Quesadilla, unbelievable!!! Once we sat a table my girlfriend noticed her food was cold in the bowl she ordered. I asked for a straw for our drink and was told “ we’re out of straws “ , again just bad customer service . This place just like the one in Roseville is a complete joke and the joke is on us , the paying customers.

Walked in and I was the only customer at 1145am on a Tuesday. Place was gross. Food scraps on several tables.
Girl taking order looked half asleep and appeared to hate life.
Garbage cans overflowing which means the place wasn't cleaned the night before as there were obviously not a bunch of customers on this day.
There did appear to be a manager on duty which was surprising and disappointing. Like, come on, just wipe down some tables!

Second time being here. You walk in and the place is FILTHY first off. I walk up. Barely a greeting. The girls seem annoyed. The one girl is on her cell phone. After 2 minutes finally asks, how can I help you? Proceeds to tell me there is no steak. She says, it's in the back and needs to be cut. So I left.

This QDOBA is horrendous. Let’s start off with the food. I ordered a bowl and received the smallest portions I have ever seen from any QDOBA. I couldn’t help but get the sense that the portions sizes are directly connected to the lack of effort put in by the staff. You don’t gotta prep more food if you never run out right? Second we can onto the service itself. Every staff member treated guests if they were nonexistent, followed up by profanity in conversations with each other, eye rolling and the appearance of a lack of hygiene. All of these store qualities, add up to a general sense of a careless atmosphere. This store didn’t feel like service, it feels like a robbery. I can’t blame everything on the floor staff though, it seems every review response on here is responded with the lie that another manager will clean up the issue. This isn’t happening though clearly based on months and months of poor reviews. Let’s get to the real kicker here. At payment the cashier informed us that if there was a 5 star review on every category we would receive a free entree ticket. This lacks morals. The tradeoff is clearly, free food for a lie about service. Maybe if enough people lie then the clearly inefficient manager will receive their bonus about good reviews.

This one has to be the worst one I been to. Don’t get me wrong the service wasn’t bad but I had other issues with how the restaurant looked. I didn’t like the fact that they ran out of sweet tea. There was still food left on one of the tables. The cleanliness of the place was just horrible. There was no where to throw anything away.
Very gross. I came in and didn't order Uber Eats or carry out because that time was a horrible experience, and I thought going in would be better. I felt like they deserved a second chance. It was filthy everywhere, the staff seemed like they hated their job, didn't even acknowledge me until they had to, and I was second guessing if it was going to put my health in jeopardy eating there. I was surprised they were still open but now I'm guessing it won't be for very long.

It was definitely the worst meal I ever had at Qdoba it's usually wonderful. However the chicken was all overcooked it was tiny little pieces I literally picked out the chicken rinsed it off and gave it to the dog

This is the second time I've been in a Qdoba in the past month or so. Both times, and at different locations, I arrived at the beginning of a meal hour, lunch and dinner, and both did not have a full selection of meal items available. Also, the behind the counter area was messy and unclean looking, as was the dining area. I had no choice and stayed both times. I will not be back in the future.

15 min wait for white rice, raw butchered fajita veggies, small portions of barely seasoned chicken, and the biggest disgrace of a Pico de Gallo I've ever tasted. They need to do better!!
