I ordered a chicken Parmesan dinner from this place yesterday for lunch and instead of sending me chicken breast with the spaghetti like they aways do, they sent this thin chicken patty that was tough and hard to cut, I called them to complain and the guy told me they always served that, the one in Utica doesn't they serve chicken breastwith that dinner. I will never call that place again, very bad dinner

Just came in today to get a pizza because they closed the one in Pontiac. Drove 20 minutes to get this pizza and omg it was worth it in every bite 10 star thank you Kaylee for the amazing job. Very good pizza awesome customer service. I will be back š I love the taste of your guyses pizza sauceš

First time here! Super Pizza and a huge selection of awesome Italian Food! The host is really friendly too! They also have an outside patio here and plenty of parking space with the free parking lot and they have a restroom available! Come and Enjoy!

Let me tell you. I've lived in the area for 8 years. This place has never been good until the new owners took over about a year ago. Please give them another shot as I did. Very very clean now inside and food was delicious. Better management does alot to a business. Give them another shot.

I ordered a small Classic pizza with Sausage and wings. The pizza I received did not have the pepperoni. I called and the manager made me a fresh pizza and had it redelivered. It arrived hot and delicious. I wish all restaurants cared about customer service they way Sorrento's does. Give Sorrento's Shelby a try if you haven't. Thank you Sorrento's for caring about your customers.

I always order the a pizza and spaghetti BUT tonight I was told I had to pay with a card no longer allowed to pay at the door. The girl on the phone was rude too. I been ordering for years. This was tonight Saturday 7/6. Last weekend it was no delivers bc no one was able to drive. I don't know what happen to this place but will not order from them again.

Ordered a small catering order with Sorrentoās on Thursday to pick it up on Saturday for a graduation.
I ordered half pan of roasted potatoes, half pan of chicken strips, & a 3 ft sub. I asked for the sub to be cut as this was for an event.
I got there at the time of pickup & saw that the sub was not cut up. I was very upset when I was promised on the phone the sub would be cut up to serve to guests.
The front desk person or manager stated they didnāt have boxes to put the subs in, along with him stating that if they cut it, the sub would go everywhere. How is that the customerās problem if the paying customer specifically states they would like it cut up? How is the customer supposed to cut this sub if you canāt!?
As they proceed to say they have no boxes, they ākindlyā gave me an unopened commercial cutting board to cut the subs. WHAT! WILL NOT be ordering from this location again.
