I went in to get a pick up order that was ready but the two cashier were literally leaning on the counter watching the cook for about 10 minutes in a store that wasn’t crowded. The cashier then came over after chilling , ask how can I be help and handed me my order which could’ve been done when i initially came in and strode at the counter for 10 minutes right in front of her
I had a catering order for my daughter’s grad party. The new owner of this place is awesome! I walked in and out in five minutes. The food was fresh, hot, and ready for me when I arrived. I had a few other dishes for the party that I made but it was very obvious that the chicken and potatoes was the fan favorite. Thank you Dan and all of the employees for making this so convenient and easy for me!
Excellent customer service! I stopped in because I had issues with a gift card I purchased at Kroger. The manager took his time to verify and show me how to correct the issue even though I was ordering from another location for pick up.
