3pm on a Wednesday - Google said they were open. Other cars were there in the other stalls. Waited at the stall for 20 minutes with the red button activated with no answer from staff. Tried 2 different stalls in case one was broken. Eventually gave up and left. Not a great experience.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 4 burger meals, 3 of which were cold dry and had no toppings but a drop of ketchup, the fries were overcooked and stale, including my childrens meals would give a zero if I could not to mention the last time I was there wasn't a good experience either

Just waited 15 minutes for a sonic cheeseburger. What i got was a bacon burger with extra lettuce drenched in mayonnaise. No tomato, onion or pickles. Just lots of lettuce. And mayo. I expect this Sonic to screw up my order but come on.

Only thing right was our mozzarella sticks!! Cold (and the wrong kind) cheese on my tots, no bacon on my BACON smash burger. Also was supposed to have mayo on one which wasnt there and had ketchup added??? oh and lets remember its supposed to be a DOUBLE burger as well but i got ONE patty for one of my 9 dollar burgers. No salt or cheese with either of my dry pretzels either all around the worst food i have ever received ANYWHERE what a JOKE of a place
Its been years since we have been to a sonic, but now I remember why! The hamburger was very dry & plain. The chicken sandwich was dry & plain. The French fries I wldnt even feed to my dogs! Tgey were disgusting! How can you possibly screw up French fries?!? Oh, I know cook them in tge sane batter you use to make desserts! Work perfectly every time. Fries were very greasy, and over soaked in oil! 🤮🤢🤮
Yet, the entire time, ygey acting like they are special. They refuse to take orders from the App. Tgey won't accept any deals ftkm the App.
Do not pass go! Do not collect an good from this location! Seems to be horrendous management running them in to tge ground! THE good here absolutely SUCKS! We will NEVER go back! Especially to this location. I have been to otger nearby locations, that aren't nearly as bad. We literally ended up throwing away our entire meal and had to stop somewhere else instead! This BY FAR the WORST Sonic I have ever been to! The franchise really needs to do anything undercover experience here to see for themselves just how really bad it is! These bad reviews are not exaggerating!
The franchise owner does not allow the APP to order here. However, you font know this, so you waste like 15min trying to get tgecapp to work, until you just give up in frustration. Then the girl speaking through the clown, tells you they dont accept the app?!? How is this guy allowed to still represent Sonic! Get rid of this franchise owner! The food was sooooooo bad my entire family just laughed at it. My wife wasn't there originally, we thought we would try it on her as a joke. So she ate a couple fries and ended up spitting them out they were so disgusting! Yet this franchise thinks tgey are special, so tgey dont need to accept the app! They are the JOKE!

Got a breakfast burrito and 2 French toast sticks. Open the bag and there’s no syrup. Drove back around and walked up to ask for syrup, they said they ran out. I asked for a refund because I’m not one of those who can eat French toast sticks without syrup. He rolled his eyes at me, closed the door, and went in. Came back and I did get my refund, but told me I had to bring the French toast sticks back. When I worked in fast food, we were never allowed to take food back because it was a health code violation, and it was raining. Don’t worry Sonic, I didn’t bring them back, but I didn’t eat them and rip you off.

Be prepared for an Extremely long wait. Customer service is trash. Food quality is terrible.
My shake was melted and had some kind of unknown Brownish black substance on the inside of it… on the cup and most likely inside the shake.
The onion rings were drenched in Grese that taste old like they haven’t changed it in ages.
And the burger was just all right. Cheese wasn’t even melted all the way.

This place is a joke. Waited over 20+ minutes for our food and it wasn’t even busy. Once we finally got our food it was, not only wrong, it was cold. We could have went to Culver’s for better food at a cheaper prices.
Don’t waste your money here.
This place needs to close and let a business that knows how to operate come in.
