I may have waited like 3 weeks to put this review but I have to say that I don’t recommend this location. My boyfriend and I went through the drive through and it wasn’t the best experience. For starters it was about a 20-30 minute wait and it looked like the girls working there were messing around. Then when I finally got the food we looked at the sandwich and found a piece of hair or an eyelash on the burger. I also order fries but got totes instead.

This place is honestly a joke. I ordered on the app. It took over 20 mins to get my food. My kid was sick in the back so I was trying to get her home as soon as possible. I drove off not thinking that my order would be wrong. They forgot 4 items and gave me 2 other wrong items. I came back. Sat at the speaker for a good 10 minutes before I was helped. Told him everything that was forgotten. He said pull up. I’ve now been in line for over 20 mins again with 3 cars still ahead of me. This place has become the biggest joke. It’s sad.

I ordered from this establishment on DoorDash at 10:15 PM. DoorDash dispatched four separate drivers to the location, but the establishment was closed. However, they have since informed me that they are open until midnight. Consequently, I am now faced with a potential wait of seven to ten days for a refund. This situation is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. The establishment should either update its operating hours or hire additional staff to ensure that the premises remain open during peak hours.

Visiting from Canada. Thought we would try something we don’t have there. Waited 20 minutes to order, then waited 40 minutes for food. Ordered at the bay and tried ordering at the window because of the time it took. The person who took our order did not sound friendly at all. Will never be visiting this location again. Waited forever for mediocre food. Just go to McDonald’s it will be way cheaper and faster.

Visited 1st time today. Got here at 930 pm. Drive thru was moving. I decided to park. Waited about 15 min before I got a "hello." So we ordered 20.00 of food nothing special. Did not get our food until 10:45 pm. Like Imma be patient but this is crazy

I was visiting from Canada. I have never been to sonic thought I would try it. Pulled in to a bay to order, pushed the red button and waited 5+ mins before anyone answered to take my order. The girl struggled to take my order. Then the waiting began. 35+ mins waiting for my order. I could have went to an actual sit down restaurant and had quality food. When we finally got our order we were missing a chili cheese dog. That took another 10 mins to prepare. The food was Luke warm at best when we got it and the quality was so so and very salty. The guy who brought out the food was polite and friendly but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous for a fast food place

I ordered sonic through door dash today and didn’t receive half of my 70$ order. I’m not able to go anywhere due to strep and scarlet fever. I didn’t get two of my full meals and none of my sauces and one of my drinks. How does this happen? I had to replace the order to get my missing items and I tried contact the store multiple times and nobody will answer the phone. Horrible customer service and careless work. Never ordering from here again.

Legit sat in like for 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me I asked for no cheese on the coney and burger there was cheese on both I didn’t get the dipping sauce and they also forgot my pickle fries I get being short and everything but I couldn’t even go back thru the line with how busy it was

I just had vocal cord surgery and wanted something cold with ice cream. I sent my son to get me a grape slush with the ice-cream, not blended. I received a grape slush with a hint of vanilla flavoring. It was also made twice, both times wrong. Y'all need to find employees that do their jobs correctly! Customer service is none existence!! I spend anywhere from $10-$40 each time I pull up. Absolute BULLSHIT!!
This sonic is one of the worst I’ve been to. Last few times I’ve ordered from here they always mess up the order. Not just one item in the order but several. They don’t acknowledge their mistakes and Customer service is non existent.
