Disappointing to know that my drink was sitting out for more than 20 minutes from when I ordered via app. I assumed they were busy during a morning rush, which is why I never got a “completed order“ notification. I walked in and said if they were running behind and she said no. She told me my drink has been ready for 20 minutes. At least the location across the street inside another store completes the orders on their end so you know when to pick up your items. Will not be patronizing this location inside Kroger.
Should note that I am now home in 45 minutes after I’ve placed my order, and it still shows that it is in process of being made.

Venti latte was short, asked for no foam and got it, asked for cinnamon powder and if it was on there it was negligible. Order was two items and only one was handed to me by a person who acted like they didn't want to be there. Overall disappointed in this location.

The people are very nice but everytime I go to this Kroger specifically to get my coffee and then do my shopping they have NEVER had cold brew! Today I asked, why you never have it? And they told me because we just don’t know how to make it or when we are busy we just don’t have time. It’s crazy to me because cold brew is one of the most popular drinks so I always have to go across the street to target to get it! Sad to say it was my last time going there to try and get my coffee.

Food and service are always great. You're just tired of coffee it's perfect but if you're planning to sit there and use your computer or do any sort of quiet time work, it's the inside of a Kroger so good luck with that.
Vegetarian options: There's no meat in there coffee
Dietary restrictions: They have money options for lactose intolerant or people who are on a vegan or no gluten diet
