I waited 13 minutes nobody in front while a lady was stoking up the sandwiches. One lady was busy make the drinks and the other one was just stocking sandwiches and she seen us.. Horrible

They are not consistent with the quality of their products. They sell a lot of ice I order light ice they put extra !! I have so many issues with drink I usually get.

Convenient location being inside Kroger but absolutely awful in every other way. Strangers grab your drinks even tho your name was called, always out of items and not marking them as sold out in app, consistently rude and unorganized. I’ve complained enough with customer service that I’m now done. I’ll go to target instead, they seem to be a lot better.

Disappointing to know that my drink was sitting out for more than 20 minutes from when I ordered via app. I assumed they were busy during a morning rush, which is why I never got a “completed order“ notification. I walked in and said if they were running behind and she said no. She told me my drink has been ready for 20 minutes. At least the location across the street inside another store completes the orders on their end so you know when to pick up your items. Will not be patronizing this location inside Kroger.

Should note that I am now home in 45 minutes after I’ve placed my order, and it still shows that it is in process of being made.

Venti latte was short, asked for no foam and got it, asked for cinnamon powder and if it was on there it was negligible. Order was two items and only one was handed to me by a person who acted like they didn't want to be there. Overall disappointed in this location.
