Only person in line and took 6 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was there. Super slow service.
My server was outstanding. There was some kind of glitch on the Starbucks app., where it showed 22 dollars, but my drink was 8 cents short. I had no cash on me at all. So the server paid the difference for me. Very kind, indeed!

They really need to focus on this location. Very short staffed. Mediocre drink makers. 10 deep line, pretty.much no workers. I left.

Not being a Karen ??♀️ but some times you just have to! Three times getting the pink drink and having it look like a white drink with no strawberries or juice. Horrible tasting and waste of my money!

I don’t understand how it’s possible for me to stand there waiting to even be acknowledged for 20 minutes but it happened today…people have to go to work and don’t necessarily have time to wait that long for a drink that takes less than 45 seconds to assemble. (Yes, my order is that simple-Iced Matcha Latte) The only time I honestly get good quick service is when Jim is there. Everything is perfect when he’s there & he goes out of his way to make customers happy. If it wasn’t for him, I’d probably just go to a different location farther away from my house.

Jim was perfect in every way. Extremely friendly, all smiles, Sense of urgency. Absolutely wonderful! Cole was Exceptional as well! Service today is shot. These two gentleman you know what it's like to put in work. Hats off to both of these gentlemen. Thank you both again!

Some person he or she laughed at my sister in law for asking for cake pops for a boy and a girl! How shameful! I called them out saying why are you laughing? Who cares if she asks for a cake pop for a boy or girl!??? What’s the problem??? Shame on them. We will never ever return!!!!
