I absolutely love this Starbucks location! Every time I visit, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Annamary always goes above and beyond to make my day brighter with her friendly smile and positive attitude. She truly knows how to make customers feel special. LOVE STARBUCKS BUT NOT THIS LOCATION
If you see two old ladies at this Starbucks i suggest you go to go to a different location bc they needed to read the recipe on a paper for a lot of the recipes which is fine. But They didn’t even give me my one drink and my matcha with sugar cookie cold foam had like a centimeter of cold foam. It looked wrong how do you mess up a matcha latte. This review is specific to the barista who was working on Tuesday afternoon at my Kroger’s Starbucks…Maryann is amazing! She is very kind - like the type of person who is genuine when she tells her customers to have a good day. Usually this location’s Starbucks isn’t known for the friendliest of employees, but it’s been twice now that I’ve had wonderful service from Maryann. Thank you for treating people nicely- we need more Maryann’s in the world!
