My wife and I both ordered a filet mignon steak because I had heard it was great, it was thin cut, tough to cut and eat, not even a fair quantity of sirloin for both of us. Not sure why we did not send it back, sweet potato fries were over cooked. My brother in law ordered a steak medium rare, it came well done, he sent it back, we were done eating for his new steak was served, my sisters steak was fine.

We were in the side dining room and thr owner John continously came in and we could very clearly hear him being rough and rude with the other employees. It made the entire meal uncomfortable and tense.

The waitress dropped our food off and never came back I had to stand up in the dining room to wave her down to get my bill and after 15 minutes of waiting she still didn’t come back food was ok if you like pre frozen meals

Friday, August 15th was our 38th wedding anniversary. We live in Whitehall, but were in Grand Rapids doing some shopping and was going to have a nice dinner at one of the well known restaurants there in GR. While heading to the restaurant, I get a call from a customer I've done work for numerous times saying that she was locked out of her house in New Era. Knowing my wife was a little disturbed with me, I just couldn't leave my customer stranded for a few hours, so that meant our dinner plans were pur hold.

Fried asparagus was overdone and the the bottoms of the asparagus was too fibrous to bite.. egg rolls were not what I expected. Had been wanting to try this place for awhile. 2 appetizers were duds. My cost was $40 for the 2 apps, q drink and tip. Bumming!!!!!

We started off with fried asparagus as an appetizer, then I had pork chops, mashed potatoes, and a salad. It was all so delicious.
It was just ok,nothing blew me away. Have a place at silver lake and thought we would give it a try. Very cool place and food was ok.

This is a local bar and food lat me atart by saying the wait staff and bartender was amazing friendly and hard working the cooking staff sucks it's very very very slow took forever to get out the food and the wrap looked liked shit over an hour and a half the food should look perfect ......we couldn't eat in the dining room because when there staff was spraying some kind of aerosol spray cleaner on the tables that made the whole room smell like chemicals and they were spraying it around food so you are also eating whatever they are spraying ...... we will not be back I wanted to have a nice meal with my wife instead we both got sick of smelling chemicals and waiting so we asked to have our order to be boxed up and we will take it to go and then they got our order wrong and hour and a half and they get it wrong wow really....... nope will not be back this place stays open because of the locals and the fact they have no competition there so slow slow slow slow slow slow

Went for a drink and had a wonderful Oberon in a FROSTED glass! Sat at the bar and the bar tender was friendly and the space is pretty neat and very convenient. Only ordered fries. The fries were ok, and the portion size was a little small for an appetizer, but overall had a great visit. It was very hot outside and the bar remained cool. Did not order the fries asparagus but did envy the plate that passed me by.

I walked in, sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes. Bartenders and waitresses walking back and forth in front of me behind the bar never acknowledged me let alone waited on me. Frustrated I just left . Wouldn't recommend and definitely never be back
