I never have a good experience here. I came here years ago and got stale bread and expired chips. I worked at subway 10 years ago and we were always told to throw out old bread/chips. I made the mistake of returning today, only because other locations won't take the coupon, and my foot long sandwich wound up being 8 inches today. I call up there, and they say okay bring it back and I had to wait for their manager to show up to resolve the issue. Turns out, the girl was new and used a WRAP instead of a flatbread. I got no apology and a ton of attitude from this manager and they threw the other one out in front of me. I learned my lesson this time. NEVER returning.

I prepaid for a sub online. They did not have lettuce. They would not refund my money. Told me to contact customer service Subway does not have a way to contact customer service on their website. Worst service ever. I rarely complain about a restaurant but Subway is pathetic.

I had gone in to grab something quick late night around 8:10pm on 01/12/2025 and Lucia was a wonderful, joyful employee. I wish subway franchise gets to see this because she deserves recognition.

Very disappointed! I don't like to give bad reviews but this place deserves it. Unless you watch your sub being made I would avoid this location.

I recently ordered three subs online. There was barely anything between the bread on two of the subs. It was the least amount ingredients I have ever seen on a sub. The amount of each item was insulting. I don't know if the person who made the subs did this out of spite or just didn't care. I would have felt better if some items were missing rather than such a scarce amount of each item.

There have been occasional bad experiences with wrong items or not enough of each item on subs, but this time there wasn’t more than what I could quickly pick up with three fingers.

Since the store was closed before we had a chance to eat our subs I emailed the store with my concerns. I never received a response from the store.

There had been two other times in the last few months that online orders from this location didn't have as much of each item as it should. My only regret is that I didn't take any pictures. Given the amount of 1 star reviews there seems to be a frequent problem with this place.

What happened to their prices??? Three foot long subs, three chips, and three drinks.....$51.00. Then, at check out, they ask for a tip. WOW, outrageous.

This location is awful. It doesn't participate in corporate promotions. If you're not there watching them make your sub (if you order through an app for delivery or pickup) they will straight up make a random unpalatable sub if they're missing any ingredients, without notifying you or giving you a call.

Went in after a workout, was looking for something fast and healthier than usual. Business hours said ten o'clock. So I went in at 9:50 hoping to catch some food right before closing. Instead I was told they were already closed and everything was put away already. If you are going to stop serving before 10 then your store hours should reflect that.
